Hi everyone.
Two weeks is the ideal time gap between Grands Prix isn't it? Not so close as to run over the top of the last race and overwhelm us, yet just long enough that by this 2nd Thursday of the cycle you are desperate for another F1 race. I'm all for watching as much racing as possible because there's no reason to keep F1 as the be-all and end-all of racing, but there's nothing quite like an F1 race to satisfy the bug we all have. Still, it is an early race for us Europeans so what else is happening, what more can be watched?
Races This Weekend
- Formula 1, Malaysian Grand Prix, Sepang. Get your Race Information here!
- IndyCar Series, Grand Prix of Alabama, Barber Motorsports Park, Birmingham, Alabama (with Grand-Am and Indy Lights). Roughly 8.30pm GMT+1.
- FIA GT1 World Championship, Zolder, Belgium. 1.45pm GMT+1.
- NASCAR Cup, Texas Motor Speedway, Ft.Worth, Texas (with Nationwide Series). Cup race 12.30am Saturday night / Sunday morning.
- Grand National, Aintree. The UK's biggest horse race. I know nothing at all about horse racing but everyone here seems to get into this one! Saturday 4pm GMT+1 with seemingly a whole day of build-up on the BBC.
Then there's the US Masters at Augusta which starts today and runs until Sunday, I'll probably have that on my TV whenever there's a gap between other things. What will you be watching?
If all this isn't enough for you there is an epic weekend next week with a full 13 major or semi-major series holding races with events for: F1, WRC, IndyCar, Indy Lights, ALMS, Formula Renault 3.5, Formula 2, NASCAR Cup and Nationwide, BTCC, V8 Supercar, World Superbike and the new Blancpain Endurance Series.
The highlights of all that would be the Chinese GP and the IndyCar/ALMS double at the Grand Prix of Long Beach.
Further Reading
How about some reading and listening to set you going for the day?
The latest Aside With Joe is very much worth a listen, as usual I felt much smarter after listening to it. I must say I thought this was a particularly good edition.
Did you catch Spanish Wednesday? Are you even allowed to read it on a Thursday?
Leigh's site is always worth a visit if you are stuck for things to read, he seems to be as prolific as our Sidepodcast hosts in that if nothing takes your fancy at the moment, you won't have to wait long for something new. (No pressure though.) He's off following British F3 around this season - in person - so let's get up to speed with some names in the series with some testing reports for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Another busy blogger on Wednesday was Maverick, who found a weird stat in a Renault (engine) press release which bizzarely bragged about how they were using more fuel. He also asks where might be the best location for the DRS zone at Sepang, I think we should have confirmation of that later today.
I don't know about you but the amount of content coming out at the moment is fantastic, sadly I'm unable to keep up with everything and my Google Reader is stacked full. Can my full time job please be to monitor motorsport blogs and podcasts and to share information between different racing communities? Thanks.
Okay that's it I think, so have a great day! Especially if you are in Malaysia for the GP weekend, like Amy and Pamela.
Buongiorno giovedi!
Hello Thursday. My work is DONE sealed in an envelope and everything. I had intended to go out and post it to catch the absolute first collection but it really is too late for that now...
I don't suppose it matters if you post it toorrow
tomorrow
272.
People somewhere are voting for Amy
Well done! Second collection will do ;)
No no I'm up for work at 6.... Posting things in the morning here, they struggle to get there for delivery next day though. Post here is lame.
Except I have a funny feeling I'm not in until later on but now it's too late to check with anyone... I'm gonna just have to get up and go!
I got that number wrong. Should have been 252
Here's why we hope the Indy 500 pace car is a convertible this year
http://throughtheturbulence.com/2011/04/06/two-words-i-cant-wait-to-hear/
Is that Liverpool? If so, seems odd.
I live out towards Southport. There's no excuse for it though tbh. Post in Cumbria is very speedy and that's very rural.
When I lived in Dundee for 9-10 months the post seemed to take an extra day to get anywhere in England, but that's miles away. :) I wouldn't expect it from a fairly big town/city in England to another of same.
To be honest I didn't expect it in Dundee except in midwinter
pamela and i are literally the only people in this lobby not in a red bull or Mercedes team shirt
wow. maybe they think you work for the other team (that's not theirs)
Should be easy to spot for any Lotus people who look your way then!
I hope you have a Lotus shirt on then
Amy must be mugging people for their phones. She is up to 255
i bought no team gear with me for precisely this reason.
We finally found the non-f1 breakfast room, there were a few photographers in there. We need lou for id purposes.
there are 2 people back in melbourne from my work who are "on the case"
Wouldnt surprise me if they were going floor to floor in our 16 storey building haha
I don't do a lot of pinging, so here's my pingle.
http://solongandthanksforallthefishies.blogspot.com/
Pinged like a pro
I've learned from the best.
Im trying to download joe to my ipad but i cant work out how to save the file, it just keeps playing in the browser
Ahh i found it on itunes. Thanks free lobby wifi.
Ooh ross brawn is at check in. Like 10m away. This hotel rules.
COOL.
I love being the quiet fly on the wall. Sounds like you're in prime real estate for that.
Right off to find taxi to kl. Bye guys
And pamela says good morning :)
Yay!
Good morning Pamela. :)
A taxi? Luxury.
Hi Pamela
taxi man is very nice :)
Yay taxi man.
Timezones are odd. Amy and Pamela may be setting out for the day but it is bedtime for me.
Good night all
Yeah, me too, but it's so much earlier.
Good night.
Oh, lovely racing schedule for the weekend. Thanks Pat! Oh, and yes, you are allowed to read the Spanish Wednesday on Thursday. On Friday too! :) :) :)

That makes sense, cant wait to see it working this time *crosses fingers*
now i really really really want to fix bruno's car http://yfrog.com/gygcmnlvj
aghh!
That.... red....
Have a feeling it'll work too well
Waiting for taxi man back to hotel :)
Fun being had yet?

kl is so boring.
I am sad i fixed my facebook because laura has had about 40 likes since i last looked. Time to stop looking!
Ping --> GP2 Pre-Season Testing (Silverstone, April 6th)

To be honest i would rather have a race or 5 where it works too well and gets dialled back than be disapointed by yet another f1 innovation to help overtaking.
From the sound of the weather report it might not work at all
Anybody know at what point it will be declared too wet to use the DRS in the race? Has Charlie Whiting declared a specific level of wetness yet?
;)
I think its if anyone goes onto inters?
A while since I read this but I thought it was only practice and quali where it was banned if wet
Great daily Pat.
ah... I remember now
it was already banned in wet races
Fair enough.
maybe that was the idea behind Bernie's sprinkler idea all along :-)
Woot taxi driver is on his way back. Now to a random hotel to wait for him. Thanks google maps and coffee shop wifi :)

Oooooohhh
http://joesaward.wordpress.com/2011/04/07/hrt-lands-mercedes-windtunnel-deal/
I'm standing by my earlier prediction that Liuzzi will out-qualify d'Ambrosio in Sepang should the HRT have the 2011 front wing
Hehee.
the rain Sepang had earlier has arrived in the city. Come on taxi man!
ooh head ping worked. To the hotel!
looks like Pirelli are going to use stripes: http://yfrog.com/gz991wqj
that's a good idea. why has nobody thought of this before? :-P
I suppose combining sidewalls and stripes is original...
It reminds me of some of Picasso's finest!
:D
much better idea. they look awful of course, but it beats not have a clue what tyre a driver is running.
if that happens the virgin will go straight into a windtunnel on monday :)
I'm not confident either of them will qualify (or Karthikeyan for that matter). Glock will just scrape in with a heroic effort.
Yellow stripes shouldn't be too bad, it doesn't clash in quite the same way the green did :)
they really need it
I think the new front end will be enough to get them in - Karthikeyan only just though...
(of course, slagging rights are there for all if i get it dreadfully wrong)
True. We've got orange for matches-nothing-except-the-calypso-car now...
Did HRT find a rainbow with gold at the end or something?
Maybe Tata's first instalment came through?
Taaaaa daaaaa!
:D
Indycar uses sidewalls - very easy to see.
Ping: http://www.f1bigpicture.com/news/childs-play
Maybe they've finally got the wing back from customs.
:-)
Kolles brought them in boxes apparently...
http://adamcooperf1.com/2011/04/07/kolles-delivers-new-hrt-noses-to-malaysia/
Haha! http://twitter.com/EliGP/status/55939226402963456
If the Hot Spot has been replaced by 'Perky Jerky' I will die laughing
Careful.....
Should have quoted the tweet:
Quite.
GPWM - global peter windsor media
Bang on though.
...and yes, my "what the hell?!" did leave me feeling like a *** afterwards
On a sidenote, I did wait for confirmation before even thinking about blogging (*not GMM-type stupid yet)
not your fault at all. if you can't trust paddock members, who can you trust?
Can we call Windsor a true paddock member anymore though?
I wouldn't trust Bernie further than I can throw him
he's banned isn't he?
Don't know. He has good contacts but does he attend races?
Only his team...
...and that could be quite far.
He is?
are you sure it's not him too. he's not been in the paddock since he quit speed, right?
someone saw him in the paddock in melbourne. Maybe Paul?
this year? he was in the uk.
Did he not do some podium interviews when James Allen wasn't there?
Point is though, he looks rather silly to a lot of people now - even those who were prepared to toss aside the USF1 debacle...
He's allowed in the paddock - if he can get a suitable organisation to give him a pass.
that's impressive
:)
ahh, like flavio? a better question would be - has anyone invited him?
Eh? So Trulli IS happy with the tyres now? http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/90484
Didn't see him at all this year
No. Flavio has an out-of-court settlement ban that prevents him from going into the paddock until 2013 (unless he's there simply for the chit-chat/social stuff, because he's only banned from working in the paddock). Peter would be allowed to work if someone gave him a press pass.
Well he has been doing TFL from London every week so he can't have been.
last year he was trackside announcer, but not inside the paddock.
The Trulliometer is getting some exercise this year, with all this up-and-down-ness!
They certainly didn't seem to last year
Bernie controls that, doesn't he?
odd. Im sure someone told me they saw him in there!
Maybe it was a crazy dream like my one last night about pigeons.
We just settled down to listen to joe but the lobby wifi lied when it said it was downloaded, it only downloaded a minute and a halfs worth :(
flavio's been in the paddock and on the grid three times since that ban?
ahh shucks. he said you guys at the meetup were perfect and how it wants all meetups to be.
yeah last year we were joking about how we spent more time in the paddock than he did :)
Yep, and that shows worse taste than inviting Windsor
misquoting himself in his own column deserves minus points
Hehehehe.
tried again via my phone hotspot but it wont even load itunes.
Awwwwww. I feel better about subscribing again now
Sounds like mcdonalds
best wifi today was at gloria jeans because it had a password. Wonder if i should go try joe in the lobby again.
Perhaps, it's not that big a file. Convincing ituens to re-download might be tricky
He controls which organisations get press passes (including self-employed people). Organisations are free to pick who they want, though any really bad choices (or people who have recently contravened Bernie's opinion of proper paddock conduct) may not result in a press pass being issued with the details of that individual. However, Bernie hasn't said that he'd treat any organisation attempting to place Peter in the paddock in such a way yet...
As a guest/visitor. He wasn't allowed to work in it.
i deleted the file from the ipod app so i might go give it a try.
Hello lobby!
You might have to unsubscribe and resubscribe.
Morning all...
Not quite. FOM only allocates passes to broadcast media. FIA accredits the rest…
Thank you for the correction :)
you can try downloading via the blog page - I did that once for a debrief as I was determined to listen to it on the train and it wasn't ready in iTunes.
Interesting that Peter is copping all the heat for the Sauber cock-up when it appears the person who actually picked up the information in the first place was one of his guests – a technical ‘expert’ who has never worked in F1!
all that wanted to do was stream it in a safari window, i couldnt work out how to save it onto the ipad
Really? What's his background then?
Incidentally here is the AUTOSPORT story about it: http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/90488
Looks like they don't use Tweetdeck ;)
Possibly because a pattern is developing where Peter seems to keep relaying stuff from such "experts" without doing any apparent checking whatsoever. Blaming him has become a reflex because if he'd said nothing was confirmed to his knowledge, the rumour wouldn't have gained traction. Especially in a case like this one where the act was so contrary to Sauber's general nature. Even I worked out that the rumour was 99% likely to be untrue when I first heard it and I've never been within 100m of a paddock...
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/craig-scarborough/9/80/a8b
Just goes to show that live TV and fact-checking don’t mix!
Not when the thing to be checked occurs mid-show ;)
Right that time rather than let it download in the background i watched the whole thing and it did all 46.4 mb and took 15 minutes and the length in ipod seems right. Now to shoot a quick email to my mum then back up to the room to listen
Hello.
'Head of Business Systems' at Vue. Fancy name for a cinema projectionist? :)
I thought the rumour started from a different source though?
That's interesting. He's an Engineer and an IT guy. Thought he was a bona fide F1 man...
Didn't he say he thought it unlikely?
Aye - same here
Probably not. Sounds more likely to be a fancy name for a computer software team admin (specificially making sure things like the finance and spreadsheet programs work).
I think he said he'd "wait for confirmation and that it was just a rumour"
can't tell, that "Key" bit was not in the podcast ...
This is the first I've heard of him saying any qualifiers whatsoever on the matter.
When are you heading to Jordan, Stuart?
I've not heard so don't quote me, but someone said that on the PW post
That's part of the issue here.
Evidently the memo didn't get through to everyone - much to Peter's detriment.
Remember never to believe anything you read on the internet :)
Including this... But I don't know where that leaves you :)
An infinite loop...
What?!
I bought purple jandals/thongs/flipflops today. That aint a lie. Now, back to my room. Tonight will be my first ever room service experience!
Hmm... thats an interesting phrase, i wonder why it isnt called an infinite spiral? Surely a loop is by definition finite?
Not in a programming sense
It's also a good place to buy apples
Apparently
You won the lottery didn't you.
And didn't tell us
Not if it's a Moebius!
Given the unreliability of other media, nowhere at all.
A better rule is: think before believing anything, taking all relevant available information into consideration.
Wouldnt that be an infinitly repeating loop? If a loop is infinite it implys it cant be completed and therefore isnt a loop?
Did you see the Möbius gear I posted yesterday?
http://robotics.eecs.berkeley.edu/~ahoover/Moebius.html
Heisenberg uncertainty principle to the rescue!
I think they called it a mistake at uni
Especially onna mainframe
:D
if i did i'd be doing a lot more races!

Yes I have thank you very much
Indeed I have, but thanks for reminding me ;)
Isnt this an infinite loop given it has posted in its own thread?
In a room somewhere, Matt Smith is straightening his bow-tie
pamela is doing all the phoning of room service and taxis and etc because of my hatred of phones #sorrypamela
And declaring headpings cool
just because you're commenting on the thread doesn't mean you've actually read the article
Craving veges so had to get steak as it seems to be the only thing that comes with veges on the side. Thank god malaysia is cheap
But you would have to have the article open to comment on it?
But i guess it makes sens for Doohicky if you are posting in threads other than the daily
lots of malay dishes are veg only :-)
not on this room service menu!
oh yes, room service ... where are you staying ? kl city or sepang ?
putrajaya
oh, i am afraid i never made it there :-) get to Bangsar one of the evenings, F&B ...
Call me a sceptic, but i cant see abu dhabi delaying motogp for any reason other than track changes?
There isnt room to do much, but they seemed keen for a 2012 date last year?
http://www.thenational.ae/sport/motorsport/abu-dhabi-may-host-motogp-event-within-two-years-time
Could be a deal with Qatar. Maybe they will have to change the track, like some others did (Shanghai springs to mind)?
I think they buit the trak with motogp in mind, they might need to add some airbags to the plastic barriers though.
They already have national level bikes racing there
yeah but are national series run to the same standards as MotoGP?
Caption this! http://twitpic.com/4hx2r3
Win
:)
Obviously not, that doesnt mean to say that you cant run them to motogp level
No it doesn't. But I am sure that some of the corners are going to need looking at - the ones near the hotel especially don't have much run off...
Afternoon guys, another gorgeous day with a really lovely breeze today. Somewhere in my street someone is playing lionel richie :)
hi lukeh
How are you leigh?
Not too bad Lukeh - looking forward to this evening / tomorrow morning
:)
For the F1 or for 2001: Space Odyssey? :)
Both
:)
Woohoo! Good times!
A spiral is usually finite a loop is infinite unless you can find a way out of it?
Absolutely, but my sleep will need a slight re-arrangement this evening to compensate
:/
Getting out of loops is easy - stop holding down the B button and slow down
#sonicthehedgehog
a loop has to return to its start though otherwise it isnt a loop. A spiral has to have a start but not necessarily an end?
haha!
It depends on if you are talking about size (in which case you are right because a spiral is more likely, but not neccessarily to be able to get infinitely small or be infinitely long). Or the alternative which is the derivation which is to imagine you are travelling inside the loop...
Think of it like a road which you are driving on. Usuaully programmers make roundabouts with a number of spokes to turn off, but sometimes they accidentally forget to provide a turn off so you have to keep driving around and around in a circle. If it was a spiral the road would get to small and you'd have to stop driving :)
You have to keep driving because there is a bomb on your boss and if you go below 60 miles per hour then Dennis Hopper gets very cross.
Points for toro rosso! Their press release for Malaysia is... different but brilliant :D
http://badgergp.com/2011/04/daniel-ricciardo-the-rubber-duck-sebastain-vettel/
Nowhere near as dangerous as a milkfloat armed by Pat Mustard...
aha, i get you.
Im now invisiging the star trek episode with the bridge which repeats itself when go go out of the doors :)
Douglas Adams wrote something about roundabouts in Dirk Gently, I think. Something along the lines of "you just keep going and going and going until you reach escape velocity and are flung off into some random direction"
Pamela is asleep and im listening to the end of joe before sleeps. Leaving for the track at 7.30am. Ouch.
This afternoon was a bit strange. Applied for some jobs at the employment centre and one of them rang home wanting to talk to me while I was still in the centre... (turned out OK in the end - the interview is on Monday)
This happened to me while on a photoshoot with a Ducati once, and ended in a ditch with it (the bike, not the roundabout) on top of me.
Ouch!
long day. have we missed anything?
I've got an interview for Monday :)
Horner is very angry and says their front wing is so low because newey has a rake in his garden or something
oh.
excellent news. best of luck.
Will the FIA be taking a peek into the shed then?
Thank you. I applied for the job at the employment centre, the company rang home within 30 minutes (while I was still at the centre) and within another 30 minutes I had secured the interview. I think this company would like the vacancy filling sharpish.
it sounds more like mclaren are quite miffed they let newey go and now quite regret that very much.
To be fair his mclarens did keep breaking, red bull must have given him a thicker pencil
Also Lotus notes is out http://www.teamlotus.co.uk/notes/malaysia/index.html
Just reading all about Dell
In possibly the most hopeless format ever
I like their reserve driver lineup of Karun Chandhok, Ricardo Texeira, Luiz Razia and of course Team AirAsia and Team Lotus driver.
phew, finally had time to read pat's daily. i agree about the two week gap, not looking forward to back-to-back races at all.
:D
Check out the driver bits from page 72 onwards with the reserve drivers. I just find it odd it introduces all the driver names except the last guy, I don't even know who it is. He will forever be Team AirAsia and Team Lotus driver.
Not as catchy as Tim.
Could be worse. Because I watch F1 and support Fisi, I'm effectively in the middle of a five-week back-to-back: Sebring -> Australia -> Paul Ricard -> Malaysia -> China
Good afternoon all
Hope it goes ok, will be thinking happy thoughts for you.
Hello all
Its davide something vasachi? vasechy?

Oh, its hardware...

ooh, geek chat.
Talking about how awesome their hardware is with a gazzilion data centres, yet they cant stream what they are saying without loads of buffering...
ehe, it's all good here. although guys sending me to sl....
like that explains why the onboard camera shows the wing dipping on the high speed bits :-)

Hi Pat, how's things?
Hmmm, my phone interview for next week has gone from a range of dates to 'no suitable time'... that's not disconcerting in the slightest...

Not too bad. Would rather be where I was a week ago (in the air with a drink in my hand) but you can't have everything.
Wouldn't we all? :)
I must ask my sister what dates I can book for another visit to Spain.
...and stretch. Evening folks.
Hi
Hotel for Nurburgring in July is sorted.

Never knew. Total legend.
:)
shirt could do with an iron too
He's probably had worse fashion disasters in previous Malaysian Grands Prix - it's his traditional outrageous clothing track...
Yeah I was just thinking this is pretty tame by his standards
Oh well, I tried my best...

That is seven different kinds of amazing
was trying to think up a reason to buy one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/GoPro-Naked-HERO-Camera-Only/dp/B0030ZESEQ/

You would need one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/GoPro-GCHM30-Chest-Mount-Harness/dp/B0025UEQQW/ref=pd_sim_ce_4 for Christmas parties
oh em gee!
Mr C is looking very david hasslehoff-y there ;)

Kyle Busch says Kimi Raikkonen was testing at @RockinghamSpeed today, was faster than expected, then jetted off to Jordan for Rally racing.

Kimi will be whipping Princess (ahem...... on track) before we know it
save me from extreme sports :)
Save you from the dreaded outside. And Christine's wrath. I am sure your job list does not include blow lots of money on a new camera then go outside and play with it
You could always lend it to Christine to record her runs but you may not get it back.
oooh.
Only if I could speed up the footage so it looks like I'm going at least respectably quickly.
Jenson Button did so I don't see why you could not
hehehehe!!!!

Thought I'd share this, I've started work on a new car on Forza 3 :)
that looks lovely!
Williams car!
Early days yet :)
all ive done is that and used 25 shapes on just 1 side alone and thats just the stripes and a white bit! Have to recreate every little bit on the other side, then the top of the car too with sponsors and more stripes and even the little stuff like rubens and the brazilian flag and the kers logo...
I pay way too much attention to detail with these things :)
It sounds like epic work. You must be patient.
lukeh, have you ever considered learning 3d software? with your photoshop skills you might find it a worthwhile endeavour.
it's kind of theraputic :)
In a mad, oh god whats with all the shapes kind of way. ;)
We did 3ds max stuff at uni but not much, it was my highest marked assignment though...

Oooh I'll give that a look over the weekend!
better link: http://usa.autodesk.com/3ds-max/trial/
It was an optional module that only a few of us took but I reeeeeeeeeeeally enjoyed using (an admittedly dated version of) 3ds max, so much fun. Will try the free trial though for sure :)

The Dr Who trailer was on TV a moment ago and it prompted an odd conversation with mum...
'I thought he had died in the show?'
'Who, the Doctor?'
'No, the ginger one, Billie.'
Yes, he.
Ha! I love it.
Wasn't sure where to respond :D
I can see confusion with the name, but she was definitely a pretty blonde she :)
ooh, didn't know that.
amy was right. zinio is dangerous!

I presume everyone is sleeping. :) I've been watching touring cars on a street track with red flags and safety cars (not watching live), oddly they are going back there this summer.. bad idea. There was I thinking I might go to it because it's at the town in Portugal where I fly in to see my sister in Northern Spain.. :)
reading zinio magazines :)
given i've reached a good point with coding, it's nice to be able to do something else for a bit, before getting into a new project. christine seems to insist i'm having a holiday though.
I'm lurking wile trying to clear up a few things. Which track?
Holiday? Outrageous
Always good to have a bit of downtime between tasks.. and a holiday is a great idea just as it is getting warmer and sunnier, even if it is just time off and not going anywhere. Want the same. 'Course we've got those bank holidays coming up.
Porto
it's NOT a holiday!
...it's, erm, learning.
I know there has been racing there but I don't know anything about it
For a minute I thought you meant Christine insisted you should have a holiday.. hah
You know you're just arguing with yourself? You may need a holiday.
:)
It is very narrow so the track gets blocked
I don't know why they use tracks like that
Just realised FP2 is at 7am, that's not too offensive for a work day.. may try and do some of that while I get up for work. Might not get hooked into comments etc though in case I'm late.
They had the same at Marrakech, and obviously Macau but that's Macau..
The problem is FP1. I really should get some sleep before it but that is unlikely
I'm not bothering, it is just a rubbering-in session anyway, we learn nothing
Macau is narrow in places. Marrakech is too narrow then there is the track in China where the cars can't even get round the hairpin
I am an addict. Nothing I can do about it
Pau is another, it has tradition but is barely wide enough for one car in places.
In a lot of places Pau is wider than Monaco
And that's where the inevitable pile-up happens as they all try and overtake at the one half-chance on the lap :)
I remember the F3000 race there when there was a huge tailback with only 3 cars ending up a whole lap ahead of the rest of the field
work is getting in the way this week, there will be threads, but i can't do both sessions sadly :(
Morning. Its early!
Timezones are a big problem. We need to get rid of them
Morning Amy
hello
I saw video of that not too long ago, madness
hehe. work is really. if it were at 11am i'd still be busy.
I got back into bed. Woot.
Short day
I remember that an F1 car ran as an exhibition before the Macau F3 race, don't remember who drove, and it couldn't negotiate a switchback and got stuck. Marshals had to physically pick up the front end to get it around.
:)
I don't remember that at all
Ralph Firman but I don't remember the marshals moving it
tempted to skip the weekend and just move into the shower. Its so nice i wish i could take it home.
You will go wrinkly

a small price to pay.
Im eating cocoa pops out of a take away coffee cup. 5 star luxury.
Spoiled
I don't think I've before seen video footage as long as this one, I'm amazed at the speed and how he didn't bin it in the wall! Normally a street demo would be fast on the straight and cruising around the corners and I imagine even then he backed off.
