Hey there and welcome to Sunday! It’s been a busy weekend for myself, and I hope you’re all enjoying the weather/ taking it easy and enjoying the F1 free weekend. Just because there is no F1 doesn’t mean there isn’t any motorsport though, the moto gp weekend is in full swing, unfortunately without the talents of a certain Valentino Rossi who was injured in yesterday’s practice session. I’m sure we all wish him a speedy recovery! Aside from the Moto GP you can also catch the exciting French open final at Roland Garros, who are you supporting Soderling or Nadal? And... on with the bullet points;
- How generous are you feeling today? I’m sure you’re all aware by now that Jenson likes to take part in triathlons and that he’s planning to take part in the London Tri this year. Like last year he’ll be raising money for the make a wish foundation. He’s manage to persuade more celebrities to take part this year so it should be a great event!
- Dr Who was amazing last night wasn’t it?! Oh my goodness I loved it! If you haven’t seen it you really really must. Once you’ve done that you really should visit Lukeh’s blog for his review, it’s almost as good as the episode!
- I’m sad to remind you all that Giggles radio is on holiday this week, however this doesn’t mean you don’t have anything to listen to. You can always listen back to his previous shows or maybe you fancy listening to some of the Sidepodcast archives? How about the latest Aside with Joe podcast, which Mr C published yesterday?

I did for my personal blog which actually doesn't exist anymore. When it comes down to it paying for the CSS edit is cheaper than buying hosting so you can have whatever theme you want.
I guess so, I bought a $5 a month hosting and use it for all sorts, and much prefer having all the files there changing each one rather than just having the css file as it all confuses me quite a bit. I guess it depends what you want to use it for

Good morning. Currently removing spam from my wiki, which is strangely theraputic.
Talking of wikis, we've been thinking about the Sidepodcast wiki and how a lot of people dont actually seem able to use it. We're looking at wikia, and I've set it up with a couple of pages.

If people could have a look and see what they think. The pages seem easy to edit like our current wiki, and although it does seem a bit crowded, it actually seems to work in all browsers which is not something to turn your nose up at!

Those little red Lindt chocolates are heaven. I went to a wedding fayre with a friend and one company had a plate of them out for free to entice people in. We kept on circling round and round to get free chocolate.

I would say that they should have had a lot more redundancy in that situation.
There were not enough guys on the scene - the guys in the truck should have also gone to help her a lot sooner rather than mess around trying to fix a faulty fire hose.

Football pops up more or less everyday. You got a lot on Saturday and Sunday, then the Monday night football, then Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are European nigts, and Friday is the Football LeagueFriday nigt games.
We're changing over to Wikia, because the old one gets flakier by the day.
Plus the search on Wikia works, which Mr C just got all excited about. He'll have no excuse not to use it in future.

it's finding the coverage of it though (if you're talking about tennis).. the good thing about RG, Queens, and Wimbeldon is that every match is shown on the red button, i'm not sure about other tournaments.
every single tournament other than grand slams can be streamed on bet365.com which is awesome. I've never made a bet on that site in my life, but I thank them for their coverage :D

hehe it's up there to see if it gains any interest tbh. it's not in focus, it looks a bit too bright.. but the colours are there and it shows the speed well i think. It's totally individual taste i think. :)

i can't find 1/2 of my jonsi photos... after searching and searching i have concluded that as they were split between 2 folders on my SD card i must have wiped the card clean before checking i had uploaded both folders to my external hard drives... knowing i have lost some of my favourite shots of the night is a hard lesson to learn.

i've lost the ones from the beginning (with the crazy support act) and the ones with his headdress at the end.
i usually do.. and would have done. problem is they didn't get that far. the camera i took with me saves onto SD cards, and each time i turn the camera off for a considerable time (in this case when i was just enjoying the awesomeness of Jonsi) it saves the next bunch to a new folder. i must have only uploaded one of the folders to my hard drive before the ball... when i was on the way to the ball i remember going through and wiping the card so i had space for taking pics of the night. i had assumed i'd copied them all over.
I need x2 SD cards.. silly silly slightly drunk me.

i really really wont. in fairness though my poor little camera had a busy week. I recorded loads of video clips for a leavers video, took loads of pics of school, went to jonsi, and had the leavers day and ball. busy busy week.

This year I tried organising a summer karting event as well but nobody responded after the initial suggestion. Maybe next year (or even this autumn if enough people decide they want it quickly enough)...

Teams will find different interpretations. However, I hope there will still be purpose to the exercise:
1) A systematic review of the state of the regulations
2) Possibly the ability to spot bits that are vague, suspiciously specific, confusing or contradictory
3) Predict which bits of the regulations might fall prey to "interpretations"
4) Figure out whether a change to the regulations (or an interpretation) is consistent with the original point of the regulations or whether it has lost the plot
