Thus we have reached Wednesday and I am duty bound to issue this very important reminder from Amy. She will be heading towards the track on Thursday and is hosting the following:
Anyone-is-invited-to breakfast, 9am Thursday at Two Doors Down, 159 Fitzroy St, St Kilda
Job done! We expect photos and full reports, of course. Now, what else are we talking about?
- It's that time of the week again, where we get to watch a Red Bull star navigate the upcoming circuit. Webber takes us round the track at Melbourne, with some great commentary along with it. In the post, Mr C notes that Red Bull will be providing video for the entire season, except for Korea. Which is a bit silly because that's the one track we need to learn!
- There are some statistics floating around today regarding the fan survey, and it seems rather odd that they are talking about how well the fans seem to support the new points system. As Steven pointed out in the comments yesterday, when the survey took place, it was a completely different points system proposed anyway. You might as well say the fans were keen on the medals for all the weight it holds!
- Mercedes will have two Schumachers on their books this year as Ralf has signed up to participate in the DTM series again in 2010. I can't imagine this is a series we're going to follow particularly closely, but it's a name I recognised so I thought it would be interesting to note!
That should do it for now, although it is also Gary Paffett's birthday today, so best wishes to him. I will see you in the comments.
