With Honda Racing seemingly back in the Classified Ads, the news has died down again somewhat, but that doesn't stop us in the comments. In Sidepodcast Towers, we've been working on some of the 2008 In... series, and forward planning for 2009. I know, us and forward planning, who would have thought? Anyway, here are some of the things happening outside of the Towers:
- Apparently, a parade that was due to be held in Woking in Hamilton's honour has had to be cancelled. The Council weren't prepared to fund the security bill, which they estimated would be over £100,000. Having seen the crowds at Goodwood for Lewis before he won the championship, I can only imagine what they would be like now.
- With news trickling out about Rome's desire to hold a street race, Ollie has asked where readers would like to see a street race take place. Head on over to BlogF1 to comment, and then let us know what you said.
- James Allen is trying to convince us that the Alonso to Ferrari story is true. I don't need that much convincing because with contracts all up in the air from the end of 2009 anyway, anything could happen. Alonso is usually the one holding up the driver's market, why should things be any different in 2010 / 2011?
There's also a fiendishly difficult game circulating in the comments. It seems to be very popular, but I couldn't work out level 1, and didn't have the inclination to try very hard. Let us know how you get on though, if you attempt it, and I'll see you in the comments.
A street race.
Newcastle, though I doubt we'd call of the Fishmongers market on the quayside for that.
Or, want to see Nelson Piquet crash into Grey's Monument, or him crash off the Tyne bridge, there's a lot that could go wrong there.
Wouldn't mind watching F1 cars hurtle up Northumberland Street though.
Why don't McLaren go halves on the £100k it would reportedly cost to let Lewis have his little parade? £50k is next to nothing for them (credit crunch of not) and I doubt the council would pass on the opportunity to bring in some tourism for the day either.
v.good question. i guess they'd argue it's for the benefit of the local community and they have better things to be doing. this is mclaren after all.
Montreal would be perfect. They already have everything pretty well ready to go, and as it is out in a public park on an island in on a river in the middle of the city, you are not really cutting off traffic flow in the city and it is very easy to get in and out of the race track.
It even has these cool things called "Red Lights" that can even humble Lewis Hamilton....
As I incorrectly posted in another post:
i'm gonna need some backstory.
have the been to le mans before, are they any good, who's likely to be driving?
Proposed Newcastle Street Circuit
http://quikmaps.com/show/89194
oh my goodness. quality!
1) Yes, Nissan have been to Le Mans on numerous occasions, the last being 1999 when they ran two LMP prototypes (called the R391), although only one car started after Eric Van de Poele suffered a jammed throttle and crashed heavily. A Nissan holds the official Le Mans lap record when Mark Blundell of all people put his R90CK on pole for the 1990 race.
2) Admittingly, Nissan have been like every other Japanese manufacturer, with the big exception of Mazda who did win the race in 1991, to enter Le Mans - good effort, but just not quite good enough. Reliability and consistency issues seem to have been the problems in their 24 hour attempts, but I would say their best race was 1998 when they managed to get 2 of their 3 R390s home well. They have race a Skyline/GT-R before though, in the GT1 class in 1994 or 1995, I can't remember which.
3) No idea. Saw the story on today's Fast Lane Daily on YouTube so you're guess is as good as mine. I'm thinking they might go with their works drivers from the Super GT series, where the GTR also competes, although in more of a silhouette form.
"We would put the parade on for Lewis, but we're much too busy trying to enhance the aerodynamic capabilities of a new kind of carbon-fibre toilet seat, so if you wouldn't mind..."
London street track
http://quikmaps.com/show/89198
More tight and twisty than Newcastle, but this focuses on remaining close to the Thames and even goes near Buckinham Palace.
I hope the Queen likes Formula 1
Newcastle (I love the layout, RG. I might add it to my Google Circuits project (download link) when I get time) and Montreal (we all know it's a great street circuit). Very good suggestions. The post on BF1 will be followed by a little Googley-Earth-Goodness from my good myself in a couple of days. I'll shoot a link when I post (it may have to be manually inserted given BF1's eccentric behaviour regarding such things). :)
Newcastle. I genuinely think that's brilliant. :)
lol that's one long circuit! lol it's great it goes past most of the torist attractions in London. You could even watch the race from the top of the London Eye.
Brilliant idea R.G :)
Thank you very much Ollie, tried to include what made Newcastle, Newcastle. So the Tyne Bridge, Quayside, St James Park etc.
Cheers Lou. Tried to make this one similar to what everyone knows what London is like, which mainly revolved around the Thames, but I quite like it. The Tower Bridge is possibly my fave part of the track.
I would love to see a F1 race in the streets in Seattle. I wouldn't use the same route as Grand Tourismo though. To bad I have a better chance dating a Eva Green than seeing that happening.
Anyhow, I gave it a shot with quickmaps. Sorry if it seems a little bit Tilke-ish with the long straights and slow corners. However, there is a couple hundred feet worth of elevation, especially from "Needle" to the "Edwards Hairpin." Think the drop in Bullitt but over a half mile.
LINK: http://quikmaps.com/show/86098
Which prompted me to check http://londonf1.com. Alas, it's finally expired. For those too young to know, there was a genuine case put forward for a London GP in the late-'90s/early-'00s, which resulted in many layouts and much debate. Needless to say, it didn't happen. :(
You know there's a piece in the current Autosport which is about a possible London GP layout. Check it out if you haven't already. ;)
no probs.
you guys are too creative. and where the heck has quickmaps been all my life?
Also, if they ever want to go back to Long Beach (F1 should of never left in the first place; thanks Bernie) here is the route I would suggest.
LINK: http://quikmaps.com/show/58946
That's an interesting topic, I belive it's true as well. Flavio is leaving in 2 years' time so ALO might want some kind of Italian F1 "Mafia" family spirit & where else to feel it other than at Maranello? Pizza, Enzo clones, good wine, he lives in Switzerland so it's gonna be close the the factory. Although he famously said at the end of 2006 Brazilian GP that he would not drive an F1 car if it's painted red but it's rubbish now. People do change, the guy wanted to leave Renault as early as 2004 but I think it's some kind of mysterious mutual "profit" (can't find a decent word) that keeps the relation going... but not for long, aye?
Also the journalists need to fill the void created by this whole Christmas situation... I mean every F1 fan knows that grandprix.com reported it as early as May. He mentioned 2009 I think so the date just moved in the recent story, that's all.
profit is exactly the right word du bol.
This is silly. I've figured out what the answer to 8 is to Zahada - but I have no idea what the question was because I was trying to solve 6 at the time...
This is the second time I've accidentally jumped level. Something tells me that I don't think the way whoever wrote this puzzle does. Fun though.
I'll be honest, New York is an awful place for a street race.
Unless you want a NASCAR street race of course
And this is an important point. Flavio always said he would stay as long as Alonso did. Despite his defection to Woking for a year. The dates are very coincidental.
Although I still think Allen's article screams 'look at me with my friend at GDS'. Good for Allen, but not great blogging (if I may speak slightly out of turn).
Could be, it's a bit like Lauda and Ferrari or Lauda and McLaren.
I hope Webber header wins. Although you could alternatively use Bernie's method and represent fake F1 cars coloured like rainbow.
You bet, I won't be allowed to ask questions in Algarve at RF1 presentation because I'm not F1-credited media but it's a question I'd really like to ask Flav.
completely take you point there. however credit to allen for this nugget:
"The irony is that they would have hired Alonso in 2006 when they took Raikkonen were it not for the fact that Alonso had fallen out with Jean Todt after pulling out of an agreed testing contract in 2001, to sign for Renault."
"Todt said he would never drive for Ferrari, but Todt’s influence is now reduced at Ferrari and Montezemolo clearly felt that they had hired the wrong man when they took Raikkonen instead of Alonso in 2006."
i don't think i knew any of that before?
If you are going to be there, in the same room as Flavio and the so-called accredited media... can't you just stand behind such a credited person, wait for a lull, ask the question, then crouch down quickly and hope you don't get spotted! :)
I decided I couldn't go a whole day without a little golf. First three putts were wild then I did 18 straight. I am stopping now to prove to myself that I can walk away after one decent score.
That is a fair point. I too am with you. They organised a test in 2001!? WTF!? That was just after they signed Barrichello, was it not (feel free to correct me, btw, memory is a bit hazy at the moment)?
2001 was Rubens's second year with Ferrari.
oh dear, that sounds like my parents, who are both keen golfers. Golfing is addictive (apparently).
no idea, have tried googling but no had a lot of luck as yet.
fancy dropping that into the conversation on page 2 of a blog post!
I still can not see the logic behind this but I am sure that if his Holiness would merely scratch the the top of his pockets enough money could be found for the Vatican City Grand Prix....
Not like this trick has not been done before, but at least teh track will be somewhere near the country that it is named after, and not some 70 km away...
best of all, it keeps Monza on the circus!
Given the Honda story, I'm reluctant to bother with this one too much until more people report it! But I notice it is another italian newspaper that is breaking the story. Good thing for all of us, my italian is getting better :)
Fortunately, the newspaper in question today (or rather yesterday) has an english translation on their website
Pic of "Bernie and his women"
Not that interesting, but Bernie seems to be enjoying himself with his family at Christmas.
translation follows
Ecclestone and his women - After the voices of divorce subside to peace, at least according to some Serbian newspapers... the boss of the F1 Bernie Ecclestone, 78 years, and his wife Slavica, 50, to the center in the photo with their daughters Petra (left) and Tamara (right).
Webber confident of fitness for F1 race
to me this article just looks like a rehash of news from the last two weeks with Coulthard's quotes, and also stuff about the Honda deal that appears to not be a honda deal. The article says Red Bull won't introduce the new car until February so that'll help Webber.
It isn't a new thought from James. He has mentioned it before in his ITV column.
Good job I signed up for the Weblog Awards Newsletter
http://2008.weblogawards.org/site-news/2008-weblog-awards-finalists/
We're in the finals!
And congratualations Ollie for getting into best sports blog finalist list as well.
Morning all,
Spin past the first 2m20s of this video to watch in-car footage of Mark Blundell's qualifying lap in 1990. They'd had all sorts of problems so this was his first go on full boost (1100ps!).
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=6lMItc4cy8U
WAHEY! :D Also, congrats to Ollie and Keith Collantine for both getting BlogF1 and F1 Fanatic nominated for Best Sports Blog. :)
It's unlikely that Red Bull will be unveiling their RB5 until March now. Which only gives them one test session before the new season starts! Talk about cutting it fine.
Perhaps they have something up their sleeve which they don't want others to see?
Comment in moderation again :/
That does look like the most fun car in the world to drive. Way too much like hard work.
There's nothing like a nice relaxing drive in the country.
Unfortunately, that is nothing like a nice relaxing drive in the country.
Thanks RG. And congratulations to Sidepodcast! Go for the win - all you people have to vote everyday for SPC from the first day to the last, you hear me! And also congratulations to Keith from F1Fanatic. I'm up against F1F and some other high-profile non-F1 sites, but the recognition is great. Thanks to all from Sidepodcast who voted for me - I'll type up a proper post for BF1 later.
I think the fact that R.G. said "we're in the finals" should show just how much of a community we are.
Hear, hear.
Found it.
yay! Well done Sidepodcast :) Specially as we made it into 2 different categories, best online community and best podcast :D
I never used to get comments go into moderation, now it happens all the time... i'm starting to think wordpress has suddenly taken a disliking to me :P
Got it. It must be the link to the awards, cos that's the same problem as Scott had. Apologies.
ah right ok. note to self - don't quote already used links unless you have to :P
Good idea. I'm just hoping to have some fun in general, maybe sneak into Renault garage or something. Hopefully.
And it looks like Irvine joined "ALO to Ferrari / spank Kimi" theme park.
"If you're the highest paid you have to be the best and he's not doing the job, simple as that. If he doesn't beat Massa next year I'd be sacking him or reducing his wages massively. In sport if you perform you get paid and if you don't perform you're out."
"I'd be sacking him" sounds great, IRV still got what it takes to come up with a crazy quote, like the one about Schumacher's head / helmet shape.
two? excellent stuff. thank you everybody. like ollie, post coming soon :)
i do hope so, have been waiting for newey to come up with something special since he left macca.
woah. didn't know blundell had it in him. much respect.
actually, tomorrow would make more sense, given that's when they release the images.
Anyone still playing that evil webgame?
:D I'm having a rest on 46, will go back in a few days probably
So why did my link work then?
good question. have no idea. akismet is the thing that's putting everyone into moderation:
http://akismet.com/
i can only assume they locked it down tight during the holidays? honestly have no idea why it does what it does.
it's keeping 200+ nasty spam comments a day, away from your delicate eyes though, and you know we always get stuff out of the queue as soon as we spot it.
Well to be fair, I do say 'we're' for anyone I support, ie, BMW, Spurs etc.
But yeah, good that somebody saw it that way :)
No hints for level 20?
My Autosport International tickets arrived today which was pretty quick as I only ordered them on Sunday evening. The BOGOF offer definitely works as well.
And... I've changed my mind about the F1 season review DVD from just a couple of days ago. Was it Lou who bought a mug instead of this? Wise girl!
ace. that's what we did too :)
Just something I remembered.
Does anyone wanna have a go at a private F1 2008 game on BATracer?. Yes, I know what you're going to say next - I have no idea how to play it. Fear not, I can provide some help. I'll write a short and sweet guide about the main things you need to know and do to play.
Besides, it's something F1 related and a game to keep up occupied until the start of next season.
Plus you guys can be in the teams you support. So for example Lou can be in Honda, R.G can be in BMW, etc, etc. :P
If I could choose one venue for a street race, it would be Rotterdam by night.
And I'll show you why:
http://207.44.228.232/images/B04/4090.jpg
Although wind might be a problem...
Create the guide, and I'll take a look at it and see if I deem myself clever enough to play :-P
yep it was :) it's not arrived yet :( but i'm hopeful it will come soon, as i broke one of my other mugs today when i tripped over the cat.
that is rather lovely.
they do take awhile. coming from the US n'all that. we've really got to find a UK mug supplier.
OK, should I just do a long comment here or write something in a Word document?
hehe ;) i'm sure it will be worth the wait :D lol
Done. We've really got to make some new designs :)
Drop.io sounds like the perfect place for it.
I'll get to it then ;)
we have a uk mug supplier?
I'd say :)
But it's never going to happen anyway, so no point in dwelling over what could be.
How about using the headers for new mug designs?
i now dislike valencia even more :)
Did someone say Nick Heidfeld?
I'm fairly sure streets in Rotterdam are wider too, which can only be good
BATracer scares me. But I'm willing to give it a go :-)
That can only be a problem with my Newcastle GP circuit...
If I can get them to make a Sato one, I'll eat my hat :D
we'll sign, but be fashionably late and predictably hopeless.
Haven't ever been to Newcastle, but I take it streets are a bit narrow there?
the problem with putting people's faces and brand names on goods is we have no legal right to do so and would probably get our backsides sued off the planet.
we'll likely stick to the sidepodcast logo. please note though - not just yet. website redesign is priority.
For a Formula 1 race, I would say yes at certain points, others would be like Monaco. But some are quite small, but, its a concept :D
lol sounds good to me. i'll sign up :) i've done one once before, i didn't go particularly well, but i was in a team on my own... tbh if i'm not in honda i won't be best pleased :P
BATracer, oh yeah, remember playing that as Renault number 2 with a Latvian team-mate (who I actually new, helped me out lots). Was crap, managed about 3 points all season.
But yeah, why not? :D
Ah yes, forgot about that.
Darn commercialanism (is that even a word???)
No, but I'd like it to be ;)
First hint: what is the statue in the picture? Do you recognize who it is?
From what culture does it originate?
That will tell you what sort of number to use.
Second hint: ignore the first two lines. Using the sort of number that originates in the culture that created the subject of that statue, what is thirty-two?
http://sidepodcast.wetpaint.com/page/Dictionary
We'll put a list of all the teams up and it'll go first come first serve, so you guys can pick which teams you want.
Also, I would like to see Christine and Me against each other and not on one account. Might induce a bit of rivalry there. Who wants to see that? :P
Yes, yes, yes.
With a touch of yes on the top
I think Mr C is still on the 'no' side of joining another BATRacer game. Still burnt from previous experiences, I believe.
i shall give it a go. but i have next to no time to learn it properly, therefore i'll be rubbish. it'd be better if the two of us were on the same team methinks.
i'm voting no :)
It's the fun part that counts. So what if you turn out to be hopeless, the main thing is to have fun and enjoy it, or at least try to. My guide should help as well for those who either have no idea how to do it or can play it but are quite bad at it. ;)
That's perfectly fine. Using my guide, you can both learn together. :)
You can be on the same team, not the same account is what Scott and I are getting at.
this can only end well.
Exactly :)
ahh, ok. fair enough then.
sounds good to me :)
it's pretty easy to learn and doesn't take that long if my memory serves me correctly. you'll be fine ;)
Evenin' all... Hope you've been having a good F1 day...
Not much going on in the world of F1 still?
Perhaps the Wiki would be better, rather than drop.io. Then the info will always be easy to find :)
Hi Alex, tis all quiet on the F1 front.
Good point. I'll finish writing it up and then copy and paste it onto a new post on the Wiki. I might need some help on that though :P
Do you need a how to post to post a how to?
Red Bull Technology are unlikely to unveil either the RB5 or STR4 until the last test session before the season opener at Melbourne. Leaving a bit late, but I reckon Newey has something up his sleeves.
Other than that. Nope. Nothing else!
It's a deal.
While I write this guide, you guys may as well take a look at this to get a basic idea of how it works.
http://www.formulapod.com/FP_Forum/showthread.php?t=2406
Funnily enough, I think I do. :P
One thing you guys might be interested in is that the 2008 carset does include knockout qualifying like the real thing :P
A piece of reletivly small news, Bernie has said that Button belongs in a top team, and should consider taking a year out rather than having another season in an uncompetitive car.
One thing about changing car setup for weather conditions. Without Kool Tools, it's really complicated and I'm the only one that has it. So unless you want to get KT which costs just under £10, and I would recommend it to make the gameplay easier, just do the runs in practice and warmup as usual and carry whatever setup you have into qualifying or the race depending on which session it is.
i didn't have kool tools before and did ok ;) i'm sure i'll be fine without it :P
OK, I think it's done. What do I do to post it on the Wiki?
Can we play a Sidepodcast noughts and crosses tournament instead? Sounds a lot easier :-D
LOL! Don't worry, once you've done the first couple of races, you should just about get the hang of it. :)
Log in, then navigate to fun and games. Under the navigation on the left, it says add page.
Right it's up! :D
Ta for the help by the way :)
Okay, pretty much nothing has changed then over a brief glance.
Nope, apart from new carsets coming in, nothing major in the gameplay has changed.
We should start sorting out teams now. Basically, you can choose from any of the 11 teams from this season (Yes even Super Aguri!). So who's first? :P
So realistically how many days does a season run over if things advance on a 24hrs basis?
and from the man who suggested the world's most evil quiz?
Well it's 17 races, a day for qualifying and a day for the race, so we're looking at 34 days. The private game owner does have the power to pause the game and also if need be pass over control to someone else.
thirty.four.days?
And as it will say, the dates are purely cosmetic. It's not the actual time scales of the game!
Haha!
Tough choice, might be BMW, yeah, why not, BMW Sauber
This is code for Bernie wants Senna in the Toro Rosso if a seat is available as he doesn't need Button as he has Hamilton to keep up the profile of F1 in the UK.
how about putting the list on a wiki page? so people can sign up then?
If there was any way of making it shorter I would, but... :/
Well, it does cut off half of the pre-season I suppose.
i'm sure the one i did earlier in the year was shorter than that... :) it's only a few mins a day i suppose. :)
Top Gear special is on again. I rather enjoyed it so I did... all two days ago!
Sign up page is now up.http://sidepodcast.wetpaint.com/page/Drivers+and+Teams
Just remember to post here which team you're going for. So far we have R.G at BMW :P
So wouldn't it be wise for people to jump onto the McLaren/Ferrari team asap?
In that case, I want Red Bull.
People can go for whichever team they want. There's nothing stopping them from going with Ferrari or McLaren.
I'm in a Honda :)
Super Aguri for us, please.
Yeah, I was just saying out loud that I'd imagine a Ferrari or McLaren might do a bit better than a Super Aguri!
I spoke too soon.
:D
The SA isn't completely useless. I've finished 2nd in a race in one. :P People can and have won races in them.
is your other half playing, dank? ...only i'd imagine she has a fantasy racers score to settle.
I tried BAT Racer once and didn't get past first practise because work interfered. Given that I know nothing about it beyond Scott's guide I decided to go for a good car so I have signed for McLaren.
Good choice sir. The MP4-23 should serve you well.
Heidfeld reckons fugly means more accidents as well:
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/72589
Scott, which team are you gonna be in? Mclaren?
It is so obvious that if you have wider wings than the drivers are used too they will get broken.
I was thinking either that or a lower team so that I wouldn't run away and win the whole damn thing.
I guess whoever has Scott as a team mate has a huge advantage.
Okay. Never mind then.
To be honest, while I know how the game works kinda inside out, I've never won a public or private championship ever. I have won a few races though.
My comment was not meant as a criticism just an observation
That's okay, Heidfeld said it, not me. :)
I'm in the process of setting up the game, and as game owner I can modify some aspects of the game. These are:
Qualifying Accidents
Start Problems
Mayhem Starts
Yellow Flags
Mechanical Problems
Driver Errors
Pit Stop Problems
Overtaking Chance
Collisions
Anything you would like me to alter to make it more interesting? They're all set at default values of 1.00.
Or you could get somebody to do a *drawing* of people... there tend to be less issues with 'art'
Now - do you have a t-shirt supplier or would you like a referal to someone? :-D
if there are any volunteers, that'd be ace. i can't draw sadly.
I can draw a cartoon horse. And Bart Simpson. That's it.
I dread to ask this question.... but doing what exactly?
:)
They need a volunteer to draw 'me' who no-one has ever seen
there's a flaw isn't there?
Never seen an artist's impression?
I'd do it... but he'd look like Bart Simpson.
:D
Or a cartoon horse.. Ummm...
i'd do it, but i can't draw particularly well (hence why i do photography and textiles rather than art).
haha
Could you make him look like Bart Simpson in a panda suit?
Off topic - is anyone watching Shooting Stars on BBC2 :D
Nope - It has Vic Reeves in it. I find having surgery more entertaining.
nope, never heard of it. am watching that Michael Palin thing on bbc one.
I'm just watching SkySports News.
Boring old me
On here as well :-)
Sooner or later they'll be something MS related, I'm sure :-P
oooh, CSI New York
*goes back to his Dark Knight Bluray.. :D *
I've asked and she's a little preoccupied with a whole host of other things to be playing BATracer on a regular basis (her excuse anyway!)
Aww, rubbish.
drink!
I'm debating whether to join Steven at McLaren. Hmm
Doesn't anyone want to be in Gryffindor?
LOL!
You don't get to decide that, though. The hat does it.
lol a little bit of a sidepodspace game for anyone who is a little bored tonight - http://www.topgear.com/uk/games/rocket-robin
I'm rubbish at it, but it's kinda fun.
The highest total altitude i can get is 23254 :)
59689
I like the Office Drive one.
91746 - bit bored now :-D
260030 :D
121601
Fairly easy
i liked that one too, but i ran out of time.
201368. That'll do little pig. That'll do.
We have 6 for the BATracer game and we need at least 10 to start the game. A post would be too much to ask for, wouldn't it? ;)
The Amphibious Challenge is good too.
bloomin' heck yup.
give a day or two and we'll be less busy tho.
Does that include the numbers in red? If so: 376355
399930
no rush. i'm the game creator so we can start whenever, and when we have enough signed up.
Doesn't Me look like Bart Simpson?
Illusions. Shattered.
I can't get any decent height but I just landed in reverse. Bet NASA can't do that
Hmmm. I can neither confirm nor deny.
How about that?
A link usually helps
http://drop.io/sidepodcast/asset/mrc
The office drive game is full of cogs
I'm watching some clips on Top Gear's website :)
Oh crap. The ITV season review is on.
Oh crap. Where's the remote?
Ah, its always in the most obvious place.
lol i was just about to say, for anyone who is feeling brave it's on.however i promptly ran away from the tv when i heard the dull tones of Steve Ryder :P
From the Top Gear website -
"Jeremy, Richard and James will all be back in 2009 for more adventures, even if the global car industry isn't. Don't worry though, even a review of a bicycle can be exciting if you set it on fire and race it down the side of an active volcano...
Now there's a thought."
:D
I missed it the first time. Michael McIntyre is supposed to be on Graham Norton on BBC2 if he has any fans here
is this news btw? mario on kers:
"That argument not only speaks of a lack of competitiveness but also a reluctance to play a role in the bigger picture," Theissen told the German Spiegel magazine
http://www.flagworld.com/news/?p=10472
watching itn now, he's very good :)
We have to be the team that defends KERS
lol thanks, dad just pointed it out to me... not that i usually watch Graham Norton, but i make an exception for Mr Michael McIntyre :P
Or in other words - "our KERS is working just fine, so what's the problem?"
technically it is now :)
he's right though.
I thought you might
If Lou doesn't mind/doesn't have anyone particular in mind, I'd like to join her at Honda.
Now let's hope I can beat our hosts at this game as well :-P
We are in a bit of the same car, so I guess it should be an equal battle.
And I am not, I repeat, NOT, wearing the green trousers...
That's fine, i don't mind. :)
not even the dark green ones?
Funniest man around at the moment. FACT.
His DVD had me in stitches and I thoroughly recommend it :-D
