On the road the Super Bowl XLVII; the next step is the Divisional Round. Many say this is the best weekend for American Football: 2 days of double-headers involving the best 8 teams in the league. First up we have many people’s pick for the title, Peyton Manning’s Broncos hosting the Joe Flacco’s Ravens (2130 – Sky Sports). In the late-night KO, the Packers will pit the experience of Aaron Rodgers and the strength of his passing-game, against the 49ers’ fast-footedness and ball-on-a-rope skills of Colin Kaepernick (0100 Sun am – Sky Sports). First on Sunday a game that some a dubbing ‘the battle of the birds’ as the high-flying Seahawks take on the top-billed Falcons (1800 – Sky Sports). If the Patriots beat the Texans, in the final game of the weekend (2130 – Sky Sports), then Tom Brady will become the sole owner of record for most postseason victories for a QB. My recommendation, watch as many as you can – I can’t even begin to decide which match-up will be the best!

BAL @ DEN just kicked off. Should be a big game for Fantasy teams...

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:40

Wow - DEN TD on punt return!!

You go away and come back and we might have another off the KO.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:43

You go away and come back and we might have another off the KO.

    :)

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:44

I guess that is the opposite of returning it all the way

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:45

Trindon Holliday is 16-0 this season. He spent 5 weeks with the Texans, was cut and has since been 11-0 with the Broncos. #Charm

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:47

That return for the TD gives the Broncos D 6pts already.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:48

    What. A. Game!!

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:48

    WHAT!!!

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 21:53

    7 all already.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 21:53

    TD Broncos

    2 HUGE plays!

    RAVENS!!!

What is going on in this game?

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 21:54

What is going on in this game?

    everything, I think.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 21:54

    RAVENS!!!

    Yep, I meant them, d'oh!

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:54

I chucked our Rogers to put Peyton in my fantasy team. Not looking good right now

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:55

Are they trying to make up for the dirge of the majority of last week? If so they are making up for it!

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:55

    out not our

Can't blame auto-correct. Just dodgy fingers

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 21:55

For some reason, I expect the Ravens to be in purple, so am automatically seeing white as being their opponents >.

I went with Rodgers. Ray Rice is my only fantasy player in this game.

I've kept Rodgers :) I had Moreno, Thomas, the kicker and D; all from the Broncos.

    *have

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 21:58

I thought about keeping Rodgers to get double points this week but my cunning plan was to get double from Peyton next week and triple points in the Superbowl. My tactics are not looking great right now

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 21:59

    Flag...

Have a colleague who cheers for Ravens so want them to win, although I think he expects the Broncos to get to the Super Bowl. Was surprised how easily Ravens handled the Colts last week tbh.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 21:59

Rodgers only has passing, so I'm thinking he'll have to throw for all of their (and also my) points.

I thought about keeping Rodgers to get double points this week but my cunning plan was to get double from Peyton next week and triple points in the Superbowl. My tactics are not looking great right now

I kept my choices from week 1. I needed to find a Kicker, an RB and a QB. I went with teams I wanted to root for - 2 Patriots and a Packer.

    2 birds, 1 stone :)

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:01

    2 birds, 1 stone :)

I didn't know how to pick without being up on the lastest injury reports, stats, etc, so I went for the conscience factor and what I would enjoy. :)

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:02

There has to be a flag for that

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:02

FLAG - I want those points from that guy!

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:02

He hooked him with his leg

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:03

Ref needs to sort that mic out.

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:03

oops. Strangling a guy on tv is a flag.

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:05

    No catch. Good call.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:05

Yikes, just switched on. How did this happen??

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:05

Did Manning throw a pick 6?

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:05

Yikes, just switched on. How did this happen??

Quickly. And it's 15F, so that helps.

And I thought it was cold at the soccer earlier!

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:06

Ray Lewis is so close to bionic. He'd not qualify as being human enough if he wanted to carry on next season.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:06

TD Broncos. And it IS Broncos this time...

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:06

    Wow.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:06

Manning's never won a playoff game in less than 40F

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:06

Another TD. 28 points and only 11 minutes played

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:06

What discipline to get his foot and knee down and secure the ball. So good.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:08

Must be really annoying for both teams that they have scored 14 points in the first quarter and don't have a lead

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:16

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:17

    hehe

    @pourmecoffee

Pre-snap, Peyton Manning considers every play that is or ever was, needs and wants of every player and fan, and teachings of all religions.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:18

You can tell how interesting the game is when you get nearly 70 comments in the first quarter

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:19

Pre-snap, Peyton Manning considers every play that is or ever was, needs and wants of every player and fan, and teachings of all religions.

That must be why he is always changing the play

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:19

It would be funny if he shouted "Mormon, Mormon" at the snap

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:20

Pre-snap, Peyton Manning considers every play that is or ever was, needs and wants of every player and fan, and teachings of all religions.

    Sounds like a ND-Turing Machine.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:21

Slightly regretting the Denver D with the separation that the WRs are getting from the CBs.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:26

Are the Ravens TRYING to take their own players out? O.o

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:26

I love those big grills some of those guys have as their masks.

So you can't get fingers into them as easily.

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:27

So you can't get fingers into them as easily.

Yes, I know. The patterns are so cool.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:27

So you can't get fingers into them as easily.

But if anyone tries that; "Face mask. 15 yard penalty, automatic first down..."

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:29

But if anyone tries that; "Face mask. 15 yard penalty, automatic first down..."

Saves heads and necks being ripped around in the process.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:35

Also, aren't we overdue another touchdown yet? :p

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:35

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:36

Did Manning just shot hurry hurry? That's no Omaha!

He has done it several times in this game. Never heard it before. Omaha is only supposed to be a Giants thing although others are using it now

  • Kai12/01/2013 at 22:36

Did Manning just shot hurry hurry? That's no Omaha!

I heard him say that earlier. I couldn't quite make it out and was wondering why he hadn't said Omaha.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:40

    Woohoo! Moreno with the TD

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:40

Feeling much better now about putting 4 Broncos in my fantasy team. 27 points so far

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:41

    Woohoo! Moreno with the TD

I put him in as well and completely forgot about him

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:41

I'm on 25 for the week so far, which is all doubled. (Feeling smug)

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:42

    Are we feeling onside?

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:42

My 27 doesn't look quite as good now

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:44

My 27 doesn't look quite as good now

I was playing last week safe in the hope of collecting a full string of doubles today :)

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:44

So you're allowed to do a group celebration, as long as the group were on the bench for the actual play.

That's up there with the penalty flag throw preventing a touchdown review as one of this seasons most silly rules...

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:44

Weird rule. A player on the field taking off his helmet and joining a celebration gets penalised but a player who is not meant to be on the field doing it is OK??

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:45

    I have 49 points

    Yes

    OUCH

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:47

    OUCH

And they'll all be on the winning side today, and play at home next week, with triple points on offer :-)

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:48

Ouch, that was a bad landing.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:49

Was Peyton shouting Sally there just before hurry hurry?

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:49

Not that I know of. The effects mics have been so much better this year. Great to here the QB's

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:52

    Wisconsin !!

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:53

I'd challenge that... Not convinced that made 1st down.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 22:54

I'd agree. He's until the next snap (yes?) so has the 2minute warning to think?

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 22:54

I'd challenge that... Not convinced that made 1st down.

I was completely convinced live but not so much on the replay

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:56

I was completely convinced live but not so much on the replay

I was doubtful, replay made it worse, but Mike Periera thinks it's a good spot. I was paying less attention.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 22:56

Looks like a bad spot to me

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 22:57

    Ruling stands

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:00

Ruling on field upheld... but you couldn't see the ball anyway to be sure either way.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:00

Wasn't expecting that, mind you no evidence to overturn.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:00

You have to wonder what they were seeing in the Ravens booth to challenge that

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:01

You have to wonder what they were seeing in the Ravens booth to challenge that

That it's the 2 min warning, 4th & 1 defending in their own half, and it didn't look conclusive... Not losing much.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:02

I'm expecting him to at some point change the snap-count of hurryhurry, to either trigger them offside or catch them sleeping.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:02

That it's the 2 min warning, 4th & 1 defending in their own half, and it didn't look conclusive... Not losing much.

But they must have known that there was nothing the ref could see to change the ruling

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:03

Kicked the ground before the ball

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:03

But they must have known that there was nothing the ref could see to change the ruling

Tbh, I thought the aerial shot was fairly conclusive, but alas...

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:04

Ravens pulling it out under pressure.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:04

    TD Ravens

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:05

...and quite how he caught that with Bailey there, I'm not sure.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:05

How did the Ravens manage to look so bad before the playoffs?

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:05

Quite amazing how quickly the Ravens gain offensive yards. The Ravens D is spending a lot of time on the field and that could be the deciding factor late in the game

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:06

Flacco and Smith looking pretty good for points so far.

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:09

Great first half. The score could have been anything but it is set up for a competitive second half

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:10

And there was me thinking that this might be a one-sided game.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:23

    TD Broncos, Kickoff return.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:24

WooHoo. Another 6 for the Denver D!!!

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:24

Methinks the late game will struggle to match this!

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:24

    This kid is on fire!

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:27

Mine went up by 2. Not quite as impressive

You expected anything else after the first half?

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:28

Oh, my Fantasy score just went up by 13 points :-)

Mine jumped by ~14 I think

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:29

Altough this kid is keeping Peyton Manning off the field, and stopping him from putting up the points.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:30

Altough this kid is keeping Peyton Manning off the field, and stopping him from putting up the points.

Doesn't matter, they'll both qualify for triple points next week :-)

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:31

Doesn't matter, they'll both qualify for triple points next week :-)

Just a 'shame' for those who've Peyton now.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:31

BTW, since we're on Denver vs Baltimore, anyone remember the 107 FG TD return at the end of the first half on Monday Night Football in about 2003?

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:31

it included a brutal block from Ray Lewis :-)

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:32

    Peyton + Broncos D = 50 points.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:33

    Fumble

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:35

Do the Ravens really want this?

  • Steven Roy12/01/2013 at 23:36

It's amazing how much time Manning has considering he is standing still

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:36

Really obvious penalty. Liked the call by the ref: "First down. Automatic first down". Lost track of himself.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:38

    But the flag was for?

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:38

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:38

    Fumble negated.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:40

They'd be much better keeping the same crews as the regular season.

  • Will^12/01/2013 at 23:41

In the same way that a ProBowl team wouldn't beat a playoff team.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:41

Refs don't seem sure... 2nd foul; hands to face twice.

  • Jay (@burwellian)12/01/2013 at 23:41

    Same outcome.

  • Noelinho12/01/2013 at 23:42

    That's quite ridiculous

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:00

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:00

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 00:05

Or do you mean his knee?

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 00:07

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:07

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 00:11

    TD Ray Rice

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:12

Holliday has given the Broncos the same points that Manning has gifted to the Ravens.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 00:17

I would not have picked this to be a tie game in the fourth quater.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 00:17

Good save with the Time Out by the Ravens coach.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:48

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 00:49

Only two timeouts, but there is the two minute warning.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 00:49

    Denver's to lose now surely...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:52

Broncos need 3 downs after the 2-minute warning.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 00:57

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:03

    wow. just wow.

    Kneel.

    Overtime.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:04

Surely he should've taken a shot or 2 - like bonus OT.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:04

    Kneel.

Don't like that at all. Horrible decision

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:04

If the Ravens win this, can I get away with calling them the weakest team in the playoffs for the third time?

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:05

Don't like that at all. Horrible decision

    Absolutely the right decision.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:05

    Absolutely the right decision.

It has to be worth running a couple of plays to see if someone gets free downfield.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:06

It has to be worth running a couple of plays to see if someone gets free downfield.

No. More likely to lose it than win it. If you turn the ball over, it's all over.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:07

    And unlikely to score yourselves.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:07

No. More likely to lose it than win it. If you turn the ball over, it's all over.

Same in OT. Peyton has made a career of finding ways to win games with no time on the clock. If no-one was free he could throw the ball away or just go down.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:07

Peyton looks like his bones are starting to seize in all that cold.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:09

    Same in OT.

Yes, but the difference is that in OT, you can complete your drive. That's not realistic in 30 seconds .

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:10

If the Broncos lose, my playoff fantasy challenge is decimated.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:10

    Likewise.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:10

Yes, but the difference is that in OT, you can complete your drive. That's not realistic in 30 seconds .

You can complete your drive if the Ravens don't get the ball first and complete their drive. In which case you have thrown away an opportunity to try and score. Given how bad the Denver secondary has been I thnk that is an unreasonable gamble to take

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:34

Surprised he didn't throw a TD pass at 3rd and 10 from his own 6

    Tebow would've

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:35

    Almost picked off

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:35

    So close

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:36

Could we be heading for double OT?

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:36

    Ravens return the favour :-)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:36

What was that, -8 yards on the return?

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:37

    -7

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:37

    Wrong choice by Holliday

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:37

    Wasn't he down?

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:37

    No knee, brilliant

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:37

    Hand down only

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:37

    Wasn't he down?

No. No defender in contact with him when he was on the ground

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:38

Is Decker thinking OT ends at the end of 15 minutes?

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:38

Benefit of all this OT, more Fantasy points :D

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:38

No. No defender in contact with him when he was on the ground

Well, if his knee had gone down, he would have been down by contact ;-)

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:38

Is Decker thinking OT ends at the end of 15 minutes?

And thinking both go through to the next round

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:38

Benefit of all this OT, more Fantasy points :D

    Or in my case point

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:39

And thinking both go through to the next round

They would have had an AFC Bowl vote :-)

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:39

They would have had an AFC Bowl vote :-)

Nahh, they have to build a 3-way field in time.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:41

    PICK!

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:41

    INT

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:41

    INT

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:42

    What was Peyton thinking?

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:42

    INT

    only 1 second difference. :)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:42

As soon as he was chased, it looked a bit ropey

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:42

    Not too far from FG-range.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:43

    Briliant driving there

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:44

In the regular season, this would be a tie.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:44

And there was me thinking I might be in bed ~0000.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:44

    Tie game in SF

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:44

    7-7 in the Packers - 49ers game.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:44

    Colin ran for a TD

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:44

Kaep with 20y run for the score.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:46

Jay Feely pointed out the Ravens kicker is a rookie. Worth bearing in mind.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:46

    30 for 33, has kicked 56 yards.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:47

Kick it to win it. Ravens have a good record of missing winning field goals :-)

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:47

Ravens didn't have much luck with last year's non-rook kicker in the playoffs.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:47

    KICK IS GOOD. RAVENS WIN

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:47

    Tikes

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:47

    Yikes, even!

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:47

    YES! Ravens!

    WOW. What a gaaaame!

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:47

WOW!! Upset by most peoples' books

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:47

    My playoff team is ruined.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:48

Can't believe the Broncos lost that.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:48

Who said 1am earlier? It's quarter to 2 now!

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:48

    My playoff team is ruined.

Decimated. I was picking for a DEN SuperBowl.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:48

    My playoff team is ruined.

    Mine too

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:48

Decimated. I was picking for a DEN SuperBowl.

Me too. But as a Pats fan, it has its upsides :-)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:48

Right, Fox sports it is :-)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:48

    8:06 in the 1st

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:49

Me too. But as a Pats fan, it has its upsides :-)

Have to get past us tomorrow night first...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:49

Broncos scores included: 2x kick return, 1x INT return.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:50

Broncos scores included: 2x kick return, 1x INT return.

Ravens scores included Broncos secondary asleep X several

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:50

Have to get past us tomorrow night first...

I'd be amazed if Houston win tomorrow. But I was amazed tonight.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:50

I'd be amazed if Houston win tomorrow. But I was amazed tonight.

We're underdogs this time, less pressure than last time we played each other...

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:51

There won't be a more entertaining game this season

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:51

We're underdogs this time, less pressure than last time we played each other...

Last time, Houston weren't favourites either. Everyone was asking, "how good are they? They've not played any really good teams yet"

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:51

...and we were leading the conference at the time.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:51

Ravens scores included Broncos secondary asleep X several

Ie Manning wasn't as much of a factor as he could've been = the problem.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:53

...and we were leading the conference at the time.

I don't think Houston can contain New England's offense. JJ Watt is their main threat, and he couldn't do much the first time round.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:53

Ie Manning wasn't as much of a factor as he could've been = the problem.

    That too

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:53

We'll see. It'll either be a good game or you'll tonk us again. Hoping the former :)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:54

Ie Manning wasn't as much of a factor as he could've been = the problem.

Manning is now 0-5 in < 20F conditions in the playoffs

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:54

Manning is now 0-5 in < 20F conditions in the playoffs

He needs to fix that if he's going to stay in Denver.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:55

He needs to fix that if he's going to stay in Denver.

Or, he needs to secure the #6 seed :-) But then he might need to go to New England...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:55

He needs to fix that if he's going to stay in Denver.

He shouldn't've played so well in the season, so as not to have HomeField.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:55

He needs to fix that if he's going to stay in Denver.

Or just scrape into the playoffs on a wildcard and play all the games away from Mile High

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:56

My calcs make him 10-10 in the playoffs all time.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 01:56

We should let Manning know we've got his strategy all set for next year.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:56

...or they could put a roof over the place...

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 01:57

"4th longest game in NFL History"

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:57

Here's a thought: if you kick an onside kick and recover it to start OT, it's next score wins. Do you think anyone would dare gamble with that option?

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:57

Here's a thought: if you kick an onside kick and recover it to start OT, it's next score wins. Do you think anyone would dare gamble with that option?

    Yes.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:58

No one would ever expect that at the start of OT.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 01:58

Here's a thought: if you kick an onside kick and recover it to start OT, it's next score wins. Do you think anyone would dare gamble with that option?

I suppose eventually someone will but if they do it, the opposition recover the ball and go straight up the field and score the head coach could be job hunting on Monday

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 01:59

I suppose eventually someone will but if they do it, the opposition recover the ball and go straight up the field and score the head coach could be job hunting on Monday

But on the other side, if you kick it to the other team and they score a TD, you go home anyway. You could only do it once, but if you really didn't trust your defense, could be worth a gamble.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 01:59

"4th longest game in NFL History"

Pleasure sharing it here. I'm catching GB-SD on the radio in bed, and dip in and out of the comments from there. Knackered.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:00

Looked like a facemask to me

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 02:00

@jayfeely: I'm telling you what Tucker did, sneaking a practice kick in between periods in OT, is against NFL rules.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:01

    Yes! Catch by Jones, GB.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:01

Yikes, James Jones caught a monster of a pass just now.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:01

    TD GB

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:01

    13-7 GB

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:01

@jayfeely: I'm telling you what Tucker did, sneaking a practice kick in between periods in OT, is against NFL rules.

    There's no penalty for it

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 02:04

@jayfeely: I'm telling you what Tucker did, sneaking a practice kick in between periods in OT, is against NFL rules.

    Re-match!!!!!

It seemed odd at the time and I thought it was unlikely that it was legal but no-one there seemed bothered about it

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 02:05

I am going to get some sleep now. I will be around for one of the unday night games.

    Good night all

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:06

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:08

    Good night all

    Good night, Steven.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:09

Late game tomorrow is the Texans @ Patriots I believe.

    Night Steven :)

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 02:09

I'll be around for the late game tomorrow - which one is that?

is it not on c4 anymore?

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:10

Late game tomorrow is the Texans @ Patriots I believe.

    Yep, that's right.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:10

C4 usually pick up the Sunday game in this timeslot. All will be done and dusted by this time tomorrow.

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 02:10

C4 usually pick up the Sunday game in this timeslot. All will be done and dusted by this time tomorrow.

    ahh, didn't realise. ta.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:12

Usually 3 games one after the other viewable on a Sunday during the season, games 1 & 2 on Sky, game 3 on C4. Tomorrow is only using timeslots 1 & 2; 6pm and 9:30pm UK.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:13

    WOW!

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:13

    Oops

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:14

    Oops indeed!

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 02:14

is it not on c4 anymore?

Playoff games are all Sky. BBC get the Superbowl too though. It's a separate TV package

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:15

    TD 49ers

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 02:15

    Crabtree.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 02:32

    Crabtree.

    x2

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 03:50

Great catch by Davis. 9ers are playing well. They're leading 31-24.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 03:56

Make that 38-24 San Francisco with 14:57 left in the 4th.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 04:12

Whoever picked Crabtree for their fantasy player is very lucky.

And 9ers just got Packers to jump on a 4th and 1 with hard count for a 1st down.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 04:35

    45-31 49ers win

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 11:40

    45-31 49ers win

I don't feel so bad about dumping a few Packers from my fantasy team now

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 13:48

I don't feel so bad about dumping a few Packers from my fantasy team now

I'd hitched my Fantasy to a DEN-GB SuperBowl-wagon. Now hardly any of my team will carry over. Slightly gutted.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:09

Let's see if this game starts as fast as yesterdays

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 18:18

Hmm, Seahawks v Falcons... Come on Seattle!

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:20

Hmm, Seahawks v Falcons... Come on Seattle!

Exactly, I'm rooting for Russell Wilson in this one!

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 18:21

I've enjoyed what I've seen of the Seahawks in the latter half of this year, fun to watch. Ergo, backing them.

And wow, I'm not cheering against everyone else! :o

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:23

Slow start from the Seahawks, didn't hurt them last week.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:26

Not sure the Mattural wanted to do that: INT

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:31

    Nooo. Lynch Fumble

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:38

    Falcons TD - Tony Gonzalez

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:40

That was pretty much perfect footwork in order to make sure he was in bounds.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:58

Seattle close to an important stand.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 18:59

Held to a FG. 0-13 ATL

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 19:12

All I have left in my fantasy selection after last night is Marshawn Lynch and the Seahawks defence. I need a whole new selection next week.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 19:14

**head desk** Come on Seattle, at least get some points on the board... No whitewash please?

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 19:15

    TD Falcons btw.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 19:17

Missed it, eating fried-egg sarnies :D

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 19:32

That was a bit of a disaster of a way to end a half.

    Seattle 0 - Atlanta 20

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 19:32

    Seattle 0 - Atlanta 20

The Seahawks have a sizeable task on their hands in the 2nd

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 19:35

And for those with Lynch, he's currently on 0pts, and the Hawks will likely have abandon the run somewhat if they want to try to get back in the game.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 19:37

And for those with Lynch, he's currently on 0pts, and the Hawks will likely have abandon the run somewhat if they want to try to get back in the game.

I have 6 points from the Seahawks defence but they can lose those before the game is finished

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 19:52

    TD Hawks. Off the mark.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 19:56

    TD Hawks. Off the mark.

    YAY!

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:06

Falcons get another TD. Has to be game over now

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:10

Falcons get another TD. Has to be game over now

They ran so much time off the clock on that drive. I'd agree, result seems a formality now.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:22

TD Seahawks. QB took it in himself on what looked like an unplanned run option

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:22

TD Wilson on the scramble from the 1

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:29

    Seahawks' pick off Ryan.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:30

TD off this and it's not all over...

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:30

TD off this and it's not all over...

A TD on this drive would liven things up

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:34

Big play with all those YAC

    TD HAWKS!!

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:35

    TD HAWKS!!

Turned away for a second and missed it

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:35

    This game just got interesting!

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:35

9 mins left... surely they can't?

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:35

    This game just got interesting!

Especially now that they made the kick. TD and PAT and they win the game

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:36

9 mins left... surely they can't?

A tough D-series, then anything is possible

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:38

Wouldn't quite match The Comeback but... would still be astounding given the deficit at the start of the 3rd.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:39

    3rd and 14 already.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:40

    Didn't make it

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:40

Falcons forced to punt. Somebody say something about a defensive stand?

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:43

    That was some good escape-ability.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:45

Hawks going for it on 4th.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:46

    Have to really.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:47

    Flag...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:48

Hawks going for it on 4th.

Maybe I was a down out.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:49

I'm still on 3rd & 10. Might move to the TV. Drive Chart is a play ahead of Sky Go...

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:49

Maybe I was a down out.

You had me really confused. Thought I was way behind. I think you were reading the 4 for the quarter rather than the down

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:50

You had me really confused. Thought I was way behind. I think you were reading the 4 for the quarter rather than the down

I was reading the GameCentre, but was miscounting the lines on the screen. I got too excited.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:53

Hawks have the ball back with 3 mins on the clock...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:54

3 Timeouts, and the 2-Minute Warning on their side.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:54

3 Timeouts, and the 2-Minute Warning on their side.

And only 50 yards to go

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:55

    1st & 10 on the 50, surely...

    Two Minute Warning.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:58

    Gotten to the ATL 32...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:58

    No Huddle. No Huddle!!

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 20:59

Why huddle when you've got timeouts? Clock peeps!

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 20:59

    1st and 4 on the 4. 34s.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 20:59

Great work by Wilson to get free and complete the pass

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:00

Very well recovered from what looked like it was gonna be a sack...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:00

Lynch finally putting Fantasy points on the board.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:00

What a time to get a 12 men penalty.

4 QB sneaks in a row now

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:01

    TD (somehow)

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:01

    Fumble recovered in end zone?

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:01

Lynch was over before he fumbled.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:02

    That's a TD

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:02

It was picked up by a Hawk!!!

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:02

    Play under review of course.

    Wowsers...

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:02

Imagine being a Falcons fan going into the 4th quarter 20 points up and losing

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:02

So either way, TD. Either Lynch gets a fumble or a TD.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:04

Lynch gets the TD and I get fantasy points

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:04

    TD stands! Go Hawks.

What can Ryan do with 31s?

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:05

"Ball broke the plane before coming loose, TOUCHDOWN."

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:05

    Made the PAT

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:05

Right, now punt it into the end zone from kick off so they can't return it...

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:06

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Comeback_(American_football)

Might have a rival for that game for the moniker...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:06

25s, 2TOs, 78 yards. Your move Matt Ryan.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:07

A field goal is enough for the Falcons...

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:08

    FG-range

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:08

A hefty sack would be useful...

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:09

    ...unless Atlanta do that.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:09

    Icing the kicker.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:10

    Shame, the kick was wide.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:10

Joke is that it was a miss.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:10

Kick is good. 13s left. Hawks still have 2TOs.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:10

    (Make that 8s)

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:10

Seahawks lost the game by calling a time out to put the kicker off. There is a lesson there

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:12

They can't try to run this back.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:12

Just shows how dumb luck can change things in your life regardless what you do. If that time out is now called that kicker is going to spend the rest of his life being told about the easy kick he missed to get his team to the championship game. The time out is called and no-one will remember it

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:13

Need a Hail Mary or a field goal

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:13

    Stupid KO.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:13

    2 shots maybe.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:13

    Stupid KO.

Don't undestand why they didn't stick it in the end zone

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:13

    1 shot left.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:14

    2 seconds...

    65 yard field goal?

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 21:14

    Falcons win

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:14

INT in the endzone. Falcons win (spoiler alert)

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:15

Falcons to host '9ers next weekend.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:15

    Not likely...

Yeah, predictable outcome from a Hail Mary attempt at that range.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:15

Tony Gonzalez now has his first post-season win.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:31

Right... time for the Bulls on Parade...

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:41

    Oh, nice start!!! :)

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:41

Erm wow. Another fast starting game!!

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 21:52

Right, I'm in. What have I missed since the start of the second quarter in the Packers game?

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 21:53

    A lot.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 21:53

Looks like my predictions are all out of the window too

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 21:53

Easier to answer what you haven't missed.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 22:07

Gronk has gone to the locker room. Looks like his arm is re-hurting.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:13

Free HBO and Showtime this weekend has derailed some of my football watching.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:14

Seahawks D only got me 6 pts on my fantasy team, but reading the comments it seems like it wasn't the blowout that it seemed like it was going to be at first.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 22:14

Pats cap off the drive with a TD.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:28

Seahawks D only got me 6 pts on my fantasy team, but reading the comments it seems like it wasn't the blowout that it seemed like it was going to be at first.

If the game had been played over three quarters it would have been a bit of a blow out

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:33

A few people seem to be questioning the penalty call on Lloyd, but I thought it was fair enough.

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:35

I'm also filling out online job applications in the Chicago area and they take forever! :(

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 22:35

Speaking to Houston while watching the game so sorry if quiet.

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 22:35

random f1/nfl crossover as half the 5live team appear to be at a game:

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:35

Whoa, I cracked 100 on my fantasy team. I had, like a 2 after last week.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:35

I'm also filling out online job applications in the Chicago area and they take forever! :(

Fill them out late Sunday so that they are on top of the pile on Monday morning?

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:36

    Wow. Weird.

I saw that tweet. Their producer whose name I can never remember tweeted that he is not going to be involved in their F1 coverage any more a couple of hours ago

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:38

Fill them out late Sunday so that they are on top of the pile on Monday morning?

Good idea. I'm just trying to plod through. They need to know stuff from 20 years ago and I have to hunt down who my university supervisor was....grrr. There are a billion steps, including a personality test called "TeacherFit" to see what my teaching style is so they can put me into the right situation.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:39

Whoa, I cracked 100 on my fantasy team. I had, like a 2 after last week.

I am on 151 but I have no-one left next week so I have to pick a whole new set of selections. No doubles or triples for me

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 22:40

I saw that tweet. Their producer whose name I can never remember tweeted that he is not going to be involved in their F1 coverage any more a couple of hours ago

    jason.

coincidentally, james allen was confirmed for another year today. i'd have resigned too :)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:40

I am on 151 but I have no-one left next week so I have to pick a whole new set of selections. No doubles or triples for me

    I will have two left.

The world is full of geniuses who don't understand that people will give one set of answers one dat and a couple of days later will give some different answers

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:41

    jason.

That's hime. He is on twitter as @F1producer although I guess not for much longer

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:41

    hime?? him

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:41

The world is full of geniuses who don't understand that people will give one set of answers one dat and a couple of days later will give some different answers

The hoops are designed to only get serious applicants, so that's good, but it's going to take me hours and hours...it already has...to apply to many different districts to find a job for the fall.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:43

The hoops are designed to only get serious applicants, so that's good, but it's going to take me hours and hours...it already has...to apply to many different districts to find a job for the fall.

You would think they could have some central application system where you jump through one load of hoops and anyone hiring could read all about you there

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 22:44

You would think they could have some central application system where you jump through one load of hoops and anyone hiring could read all about you there

That would be great. It's the same application questions, but each has to be done separately. Annoying.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:45

    Wes Welker, awesome :-)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:46

Don't tell me Wes Welker only works in the New England system. That was a fabulous catch.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 22:46

My only player who hasn't lost this week is Gronk. So I'm choosing a whole new lineup next week. I've run out of energy after a weekend of 3 huge games, so I'm only radio now.

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 22:47

That's hime. He is on twitter as @F1producer although I guess not for much longer

    i wouldn't bet on that. there's a new 5live f1 account. maybe he'll keep the old one.

He's tweeted to say he'll change the name

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:48

Forgot to say Mr C, you have convinced me to recreate a Google+ account :-)

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:48

    i wouldn't bet on that. there's a new 5live f1 account. maybe he'll keep the old one.

Maybe he is going to produce F1 somewhere else to keep it appropriate

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:49

Just checking through my fantasy score. Last week I scored 75 points. This week with 4 of my 8 selcetions scoring double points I scored 76. I thought double points would be worth a bit more than one point

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 22:50

Forgot to say Mr C, you have convinced me to recreate a Google+ account :-)

Just checked back on mine and my last contribution was May last year

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 22:52

He's tweeted to say he'll change the name

    i missed that. where?

Maybe he is going to produce F1 somewhere else to keep it appropriate

hope so, he's a massive talent.

Forgot to say Mr C, you have convinced me to recreate a Google+ account :-)

yay. twitter is increasingly annoying me, so i'm using that more.

  • Will^13/01/2013 at 22:54

This week I collected 122 I think (mainly cos they were all doubles), plus 37 from Wild Card. That's the end of me really though.

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 22:58

jason's replacement will be in charge of f1 and nfl. i guess that explains today's game visit:

Chessie Bent has joined indie production company USP Content as Director of Production. She’ll now be part of the team at USP which produces live coverage of Formula 1, NFL and MLB.

    http://radiotoday.co.uk/2013/01/usp-content-hires-5-lives-chessie-bent/

    so.much.crossover. proposed sidepodcast slogan:

"it's a small world, so we live comment most of it"

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 22:59

    i missed that. where?

That's would be one for the tag line list on the wiki if we still had the wiki

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 23:00

    Flag, for sure

  • Mr C13/01/2013 at 23:04

That's would be one for the tag line list on the wiki if we still had the wiki

    ...or tag lines :)

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:04

Yeah, ok, that wasn't really a flag after all

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:09

Balls. That was 10 too many points at the end of the half for my liking.

  • Jay (@burwellian)13/01/2013 at 23:09

Wow, how far out was that FG? ;o

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:10

Wow, how far out was that FG? ;o

55 yards. All NFL kickers can manage that. Good conditions for kicking today.

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:34

    That's NOT forward progress!

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:48

That pick was far too easy.

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 23:53

Gronkowski out for the rest of the game according to @PatriotsInsider

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:54

Texans out for the rest of the playoffs, I think

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 23:54

Patriots picked up a couple of TDs when I was away

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 23:55

Texans out for the rest of the playoffs, I think

Looks that way but given how this weekend's games have ended I am saying nothing

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 23:55

Looks that way but given how this weekend's games have ended I am saying nothing

I'm doing other stuff. What's the score and what quarter?

  • Noelinho13/01/2013 at 23:56

31-13, one quarter left, pretty much

  • Kai13/01/2013 at 23:56

31-13, one quarter left, pretty much

    Thanks

  • Steven Roy13/01/2013 at 23:59

31-13, one quarter left, pretty much

That is only 18 points difference. We have already seen a team score 21 points in a 4th quarter tonight

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:02

    That's worth a challenge

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:09

    Was his left foot in?

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:09

    Was his left foot in?

Nowhere near the line from that angle

  • Jay (@burwellian)14/01/2013 at 00:09

Stick a fork in us... We're done.

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:10

So, who are your tips for next week?

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:10

I'm going for two home wins.

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:11

So, who are your tips for next week?

My whole fantasy team was wiped out in three games. Ignore my tips

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:12

So I'm going for a Patriots - 49ers Superbowl. Could be fun, but torture for me to watch.

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:14

So I'm going for a Patriots - 49ers Superbowl. Could be fun, but torture for me to watch.

I just can't see a Baltimore-Atlanta superbowl somehow but then yesterday I was convinced it would be Denver-Green Bay

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:15

    TD surely

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:16

Again, worth a challenge. Looks like it might win too. Depends when they rule control.

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:17

Again, worth a challenge. Looks like it might win too. Depends when they rule control.

I think just before his left shoulder went out of bounds but it could go either way. In their situation they had to challenge as a time out is not going to be a great help to them

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:18

    Looks like they'll win it

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:27

    Defenceless receiver

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:28

    Gronk's arm is broken again

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:28

    Gronk's arm is broken again

He needs to stop playibg till next season

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:29

    b n

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:35

How can Brady still look so young?

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:36

    2 points

  • Kai14/01/2013 at 00:51

    Gronk's arm is broken again

:( Sad for him but also for my fantasy team.

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:51

:( Sad for him but also for my fantasy team.

My team is completely wiped out. I have nothing left

  • Noelinho14/01/2013 at 00:52

:( Sad for him but also for my fantasy team.

Oh. crap. Yes, I have one player left.

  • Kai14/01/2013 at 00:57

132 for my team. I thought it would be under 10 after last week, so I'll take it.

  • Steven Roy14/01/2013 at 00:57

Great games all weekend. Incredibly high points total scored. By my count 276 points scored in 4 matches

  • Kai14/01/2013 at 00:58

We really did have some good games. I love the playoffs.

any time. and cheers will, sounds like it was a brilliant weekend of games.
