Welcome to the first International Series game of the year! Thursday Night Football saw the NY Giants take down Washington, but enough of that, back to the main event. Live from Wembley the Miami Dolphins will take on the Oakland Raiders (18:00 Sun – C4 / Sky Sports). The Fins are coming off a week with uncertainty surrounding Ryan Tannehill and his ability to fill the role of a franchise QB, which might just be the key that the Raiders will use to unlock their first victory of the season. Later the Philadelphia Eagles travel to the West Coast to play the San Francisco 49ers (21:25 Sun – Sky Sports) – the faltering ‘9ers need to get their season back on track but will find it hard against the undefeated Eagles. Last on the slate the New Orleans Saints are hosted by the Dallas Cowboys (01:30 Mon – C4) – should be an offensive showdown in big-D and the Saints should be strong enough to come away with the W... ‘should’.

Really looking forward to this game

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 17:06

Really looking forward to this game

Should be hard-fought (which may mean scrappy)

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:08

    Great catch.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:14

I watched two different receivers & didn't even see the pass get thrown or caught

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:15

    Head butt??

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 17:16

Need to see the replay, missed it before

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 17:24

Tannehill too high on that one

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:25

That grass looks so incredibly thick & lush compared to any American field.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 17:28

    That won't help the receivers

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:29

    That won't help the receivers

Must make turning & spinning harder. It will give all those big lineman something to push off against though

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:37

Much more Dan Marino from Tannehill

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:42

Always love the TDs when the player just waves the ball over the line

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 17:56

Started typing a comment saying it was crazy to go gor it on fourth down. Shows what I know

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 18:23

Antonio Brown is going off against the Buccs - 2 TDs already

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 18:45

Now tuned into the second half of the Packers-Bears scorefest!

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 18:49

I am sticking with the Dolphins-Raiders.

I always thought Mark Duper was much taller

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 18:51

    Curse you Millar!

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 18:54

Dolphins destroying the Raiders. Raiders are not at all like the Raiders of old. Very soft and cut open like butter. 31-7

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 18:59

Miller with another TD - the Raiders really aren't very good at the defence thing.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:00

Miller with another TD - the Raiders really aren't very good at the defence thing.

Their offence gave up an interception on the previous play then the interceptor gained about 40 yards running straight past 5 or 6 Raiders. Not just the D that is failing

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:01

Raiders are going to challenge the Jags for the #1 pick

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:03

Raiders QB limping off the field. None of his team mates or medical staff helping him even though he can barely walk. Team spirit severely lacking

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:05

Ohh dear, the Raiders QB is their #3 - if you can really count Schaub as the #2.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:08

    TD Dolphins

Raiders center snaps to back up QB McGloin in the shot gun and fires the ball ten yards past him. Dolphins get the ball and run it in

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:14

Raiders - Lousy throw, failed catch, returned 30 yards by the Dolphins

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:15

Raiders - Lousy throw, failed catch, returned 30 yards by the Dolphins

Same thing just happened to the Bears

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:15

Same thing just happened to the Bears

    Good timing.

    TD Dolphins again.

    Called back for blocking downfield

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:17

Raiders have imploded. Dolphins line up with three receivers wide left & Oakland put two defenders out with them

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:18

Raiders have imploded. Dolphins line up with three receivers wide left & Oakland put two defenders out with them

...so long as Tannehill can hit the free man.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:19

...so long as Tannehill can hit the free man.

He did but threw an interception on the next play

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:23

Green Bay have this all but sewn up: 38-17 with 14:52 left.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:34

Cutler so close to another pick

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:42

Raiders just completed a 90 yard drive with a back up QB for a TD

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:42

    Game so far

    Raiders score 7

    Dolphins score 38

    Raiders score another 7

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:43

Raiders haven't got too much more to do then

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:44

Raiders haven't got too much more to do then

    Just another 24 points

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 19:52

    McGloin throws another interception

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 19:56

Always good to see Darth Raider at the game!

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:04

Always good to see Darth Raider at the game!

Raiders fans win the costume contest

Game over Miami 38 Oakland 14

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:09

Jaguars have fumbled in the first 12 seconds.

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:17

My fantasy defence scored less points than my opponents' - who were on a bye.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:17

My fantasy defence scored less points than my opponents' - who were on a bye.

Ouch. Must chek my fantasy team since I actually picked some players this week

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:20

Oh wow, Steelers-Buccs has been quite a finish so far.

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:21

Aaand the Steelers may have just lost it.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 20:24

    Buccs win?!

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:25

    Buccs win?!

Kick off to come, but 7 seconds left, 3 points up.

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:27

The Steelers came out with a play that required two forward passes. Idiots.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:27

The Steelers came out with a play that required two forward passes. Idiots.

    Bet that confused the defence

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:29

    Bet that confused the defence

And possibly the officiating crew too. Fortunately, he was sacked.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:30

Just saw the Buccs final TD. The guy who scored tried to spike the ball but dropped it

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:38

Kaepernick sacked on his own 2 yard line. SF punt & the Eagles block it in the end zone for a TD

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:39

    Punt block recovery TD!

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:40

Is that a 7-0 lead with 0:00 ball time?

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:43

I have a spare box in my quad box, so I'm putting on TNF too :-)

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:43

Is that a 7-0 lead with 0:00 ball time?

    Not sure

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:49

Kaepernick getting no protection at all

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 20:50

The Chargers did a great job of beating the Seahawks, now they're doing a good job of struggling against the Jags

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 20:52

    TD Chargers!

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 20:55

Kaepernick having to run a lot tonight. No protection. Going to get flattened soon

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 20:56

Kaepernick having to run a lot tonight. No protection. Going to get flattened soon

He doesn't help himself by running like Peyton Manning in the victory formation. He's got the legs to get outside the tackle box and throw it away, but doesn't. Needs to learn.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 21:10

Eagles D had no sacks in the last 3 games. Sacked Kaepernick 3 times in Q1

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:10

Kaep is running for his life

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 21:13

TD Frank Gore from a long way out

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 21:14

Kaep threw from his own 40 diagonally across the field to Gore who was supposed to be blocking but found himself WIDE open

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 21:25

TD Eagles after Kaepernick intercepted from his own 40+

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:30

    Chargers with another TD

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 21:32

Eagles got within a step of blocking a send punt. They recovered the kick and returned it 82 yards for a TD

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:33

Windy in SD - the ball blew over on a kick off and fooled everyone on the field

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 21:39

My Redzone is being a real pain tonight.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:39

My Redzone is being a real pain tonight.

    I've been reading :/

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 21:41

    I've been reading :/

I wouldn't mind, if I hadn't managed to give them a full rundown of the issue.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:43

I wouldn't mind, if I hadn't managed to give them a full rundown of the issue.

Sucks, especially as it's not a cheap experience.

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 21:54

    TD CHARGERS

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 22:16

Teddy Bridgewater is not going to last long in the NFL as a QB if he keeps diving in head first for TDs

  • Will^28/09/2014 at 22:26

Night all - enjoy the rest of SNF

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 22:27

    Night Will^

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 22:31

SF get a great turnover & Kaep gets flattened on the next play for a sack

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 22:33

    Sack

    Incomplete

    Sack

    Awesome three downs

Somehow got automatic first down on a penalty

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 22:59

I had the Eagles down to win this. Second half not going to plan.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 23:06

SF 4th & 2 go for it to try to get the Eagles to jump offside. Instead of taking a delay of game penalty then punting Kaep called a time out. THen they punted.

    Harbaugh went nuts

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 23:06

    Harbaugh went nuts

He's going nuts on my screen now. Always fun to watch.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 23:16

SF get a penalty leaving them 4th &2. Eagles decline it and SF make the first down. Bad call

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 23:21

CK still struggles with the play clock.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 23:25

The Eagles have not had a snap beyond their own 43 yard line. Unbelievable

  • Noelinho28/09/2014 at 23:27

The Eagles have not had a snap beyond their own 43 yard line. Unbelievable

    WOW.

  • Steven Roy28/09/2014 at 23:52

    SF win.
