I am half watching the Pats/Bills game but I will be concentrating on the Saints/Packers game. I have a week off work so I may even see the late game

The Pats have already taken an early lead - despite injuries to key offensive players, and the Chargers are 10-0 in the game I'm watching ;)
should be around for the morning game. fighting code like crazy at the moment.
Great effects mics at the Pats game. Can hear Brady practically having a conversation with his team rather than just calling the play
I love it when you can hear them calling all the plays.
In Kansas City, the Chiefs have already turned it over 3 times. Chargers 20-0.
Brady is telling them stories. Before calling the play there is a lot of stuff like - 47 is the Mike - Read the defence - Check the coverage - then eventualy calls the play
Knowing how complex the Pat's playbook is - all of those words are needed to explain their next play
Bills take the lead. 14-7
The Mike is the middle linebacker. You quite often hear QB's calling that. I think it is whne defences make substitutions and move players around positions so that the O line know who may be blitzing
Yeah - the playcaller. Often useful when the Dis running 3-4 defenses, with 3 MLBs.
Pats are in trouble. 3 and 17 from their own 10 yard line. Brady made the pass to Welker who was about 3 yards short of the first down when he got mugged by half a dozen Bills. They stripped the ball before Welker got down and now the Bills have 1st and 10 from the Pats 21 with 2 minutes 15 left in the half
Sounds like they are missing the duel-TE attack, and I don't think they like the slot-receiver sets any more. Hence no new deal for Wes

The published kick off time was 1:30am and my first comment was 1:42 saying it had just kicked off. American kick offs and race start times are never as cut and dried as you expect. They have to allow for someone taking 20 minutes to mangle the national anthem
