Another week begins as we roll into Monday, and it looks like it's going to be a pretty quiet week. There are no scheduled tests or launches, as far as I know, although chances are the teams need time to recover from their windswept adventures during the week just gone. Nevertheless, things are still happening:
- Bernie has brought his desire to keep manufacturer's in the sport to the forefront of the news again, by suggesting the rules could be slackened if they would sign up for long-term deals. This seems like a crazy way of doing business, but would it appeal to the teams?
- Stuart mentioned in the comments that he would be writing an article for Autosport and that's now up on the site for perusal. It is a brief overview of the memorial of British champ Mike Hawthorn, and apparently there is more to come for subscribers.
- We're all recovering from a mammoth talking session with the first ever Sidepodchat last night. The live show should be available to replay, and the (only slightly) edited version will be ready to go very soon.
That should keep us going for a bit, please feel free to post news, links, and any thoughts you have in the comments, and I will see you there.
